There are few such hotels, as I understand it, the rest were built by the Americans before the revolution and slightly modernized. In general, disappointment about Cuba. We expected to see the proud Island of Freedom, but we saw a dull soviet shit. Maybe later I will write in more detail and in colors. And so ticked-).

We stopped in Havana for a couple of days before moving on to the beautiful beaches of Varadero! I really wanted to complete the entire excursion program, put a tick and finally go, bask in the sun. The hotel was taken "without looking. " Meticulously, we only chose Varadero. Maybe in vain. In general, everything is fine here.

Building-tower, right on the waterfront. Far from the center, maybe it was worth taking a closer one to walk in the evenings. But a taxi in Havana is a separate story. We rode in retro cars, and in such funny round yellow coco-taxi. Exotic!
The hotel itself is like a big anthill. Plenty of people, plenty of space. The number is a four-digit number, I have never seen anything like this before! The room is uncomfortable. The bathroom is generally very weak. Cheap cosmetics in bottles. The towels were washed, gray and already torn in places. In general, once again - this is not 5 stars!
Hearty breakfasts, a buffet, a lot of everything, exotic fruits were especially pleasing. Guava!!!!! ! So delicious. But, I confess, my appetite disappeared after I saw a cockroach running between the dishes. Brrr!!!!
