We flew to Cuba for the first time, how many did not read reviews about different hotels, there were always a lot of negative reviews, many complained about poor service, or problems with food. This hotel has nothing to do with it! I'll start from the very beginning, that is, from the settlement. Immediately upon arrival, we were settled, there was no question of any extra surcharges for the room, or special time delays. We were received very warmly and hospitably. We came as if visiting old friends. We were settled in the 38th bungalow building, one of the 4 that are closest to the beach. The view of the ocean is blocked by a strip of greenery, but if you look closely, you can see the blue ocean through the trees. Trees do not block the view near building 39, but the road, although not busy, spoils the view a little. We were very happy that it was in this building that we were settled. The only building, besides the neighboring bungalow, from where you can see the ocean, is the main building, but the rooms there are worse. Rather, because of last year's hurricane, which damaged the bungalow more than the main building, it was the bungalows that were completely renovated, both outside and in the middle. Our room was on the first floor, with a corner balcony and chairs. The only pity is that there is no terrace with direct access, otherwise excellent. Cleaning is also good, we rested with a child, and every day we were pleased with a variety of figures from towels, and in the most unexpected places))). What I want to say and especially highlight is that the service in Tainos is excellent, even taking into account the fact that this is not a five-star hotel. He was able to please everyone, picked up quickly, and even the price turned out to be less than that of the tour operator. It was also in vain to worry about food, it is designed in this hotel for every taste and age. There were no shortcomings, a lot of delicious meat and fish dishes, grilled daily by the pool, and the bar schedule itself is around the clock, you can always have a tasty snack at any time. I really liked that the chef went out to the guests once a day and was interested in whether everything suits him, and how he could improve the already excellent menu))). The restaurant staff are also great fellows, they constantly monitor the cleanliness of appliances, dishes and the tables themselves, the smile never left their faces. We always had full glasses of water or wine, and the daughter had a drink, water or juice. There were constantly seafood in different forms, fruits, cheeses, very tasty desserts, which sometimes just didn’t get to))). There are two more à la carte restaurants, but due to the rich main buffet in the main restaurant, we only went to Sakura with Japanese cuisine. Just because we love sushi. The animation is calm, which is also a huge plus for us. Every day evening bright shows, live music and daytime entertainment with dancing and aerobics, in general, excellent and unobtrusive. A small stretch with the Internet, he, like throughout Cuba, paid 1 hour-1 cook, and only in the lobby, in the room does not catch. The hotel contingent of vacationers is very calm, there are no noisy youth, this is another positive point, especially for a relaxing family holiday. From trips I definitely advise Havana, and only personally on a retro car, unique impressions. And finally, about the most important thing - the beach. It is amazing, they try to take places early in the morning, although if you ask the staff, they will find you a sunbed and put it where you want. Tips were left with great pleasure, this is not often seen in hotels, but this was exactly the case !! !
