Just recently returned from the hotel, and immediately wanted to write about everything that we remember. We were a group of two families with children. We arrived in the morning, we were greeted at the hotel with lovely smiles and good service. The rooms were already ready, the questionnaires were filled in, and our things were taken with us to our building. We had building 32, just behind the beach restaurant and overlooking the sea, as the windows and balcony faced outside. Friends had a room next to us, we only mentioned it and were given rooms next to us. But I advise you to take simple hygiene items from home, tights or ordinary felt-tip pens or pencils, chocolates, and then the quality of service and room cleaning will improve significantly. We gave a couple of chocolates at the reception, we also left presents for the maids, a couple of cookies in the bar, and we can safely say that the service has increased by at least an asterisk)). After all, do not forget that most hotels and other things in Cuba are state-owned, at least in part, and of course, due to the fact that the country is far from rich, then people do not receive high salaries. . The rooms are of course weak, even for 4, but given the fact that this is Cuba, I can say that they deserve approval, if only because the staff carefully cleans and tries to please customers. And also throughout the hotel, very often learning that we are from Russia, we were given more attention and gave more smiles. It was for the positive and the bright sun that we flew here to enjoy the sea and endless dances. But most importantly, the hotel has a beautiful and most importantly clean beach. Plenty of sunbeds, never ran out of them. The ocean is blue, without algae and very warm, plus we found great weather, no rain, only clouds sometimes, but even then it was warm. And also about the hotel there is an interesting entertainment program, in the lobby, in the theater, and on the beach, near and in the pools, we all always had fun. Dancing, live music and just exercising took place in an atmosphere of joy. And just as good and always delicious food, a lot of meat, fish, seafood. There were few fruits, and some vegetables, since it is not yet the season, but they were still. You can go to restaurants on the menu, but also nothing special, and only Steakhouse and Italian we liked more than the others. You can get to the center of Varadero by bus, there is almost no entertainment outside the hotel, but we wanted a quiet holiday, so we really liked the hotel, and especially the beach.
