The trip was at the beginning of September 2011, there are no complaints about the flight, meeting with a travel agency representative at the Havana airport and transfer to the hotel.
The accommodation went quickly, instead of a standard room, for an extra charge of 70 euros, we stayed in a bungalow on the 2nd floor.

The layout of the bungalow is spacious and comfortable, two powerful air conditioners (one for each room), cleaning and changing towels regularly - just remember to leave one cookie in the morning. My rating for the condition of the rooms is 4, although, given the Cuban realities, one could safely put 5.

I definitely give 5 for the food, it was undoubtedly varied and included only 5-6 types of hot dishes only (not counting salads, fruits, ice cream, cold cuts, buns, toast, etc. ) for breakfast and dinner, and at least 10 -12 for lunch. Some dishes are not very familiar to us, but it was impossible not to find suitable food for every taste, in my opinion. In the restaurant, for the entire period of stay, I did not have to face queues either with seating at tables or at the buffet.
3. The territory is vast and, I specially emphasize, well-groomed. I emphasize because I read among the reviews about neglect and withered palm trees, well, God be their judge.
The beach is simply luxurious, spacious and free. Sunbeds, stationary palm canopies - just enough. On the beach for free - snack bar, beer, rum, wine, lemonade, tea, coffee. All drinks are of normal quality, and are released ‘from the belly’, without a hint of sidelong glances from the staff. Free rental of masks, fins, catamarans, kayaks. There are pleasures for a fee - yacht trips, diving. Three animators work on the beach - Veronica, Ernesto ??? ? and another girl, of course music, learning salsa. In addition to the beach, there are two swimming pools (one with a jacuzzi) on the territory itself; the pool with a jacuzzi also has a bar with hot snacks and strong drinks. In the evening, the same animators work at the disco, or themed evenings in the disco. I saw a review that there are only pensioners, but it depends on the contingent vacationing at the moment in the hotel. And in principle, the area is full of other discos.
4. Excursions - here a lot depends on your travel agency and a specific guide, but otherwise their set is the same for everyone, and they are all interesting.
