In general, the staff is nice and friendly, not particularly overworked. Our friends went to Cuba to this hotel and it so happened that we went with them. Friends were moved to a neighboring building, so they didn’t have hot water at all. Maybe the owner of the hotel thinks that this state is enough for 2 *.
