Oooooh! How I love Cyprus! But not nightclubs, but just a quiet relaxing beach holiday, as well as a hassle-free independent trip around the island without any fear. Take a bike or just walk. Unfortunately, for 2 visits, I could not adapt to left-hand traffic, so I did not dare to take the car. English is in its infancy, but this does not interfere with communication, the local population is very benevolent. This time we also took a one-day cruise to Israel - we liked the ship very much, we began to think about a big cruise.
The hotel is very small, the area too. There is nothing to do with children there. It stands on the easternmost tip of the town, not the first line. You have to go to the center and the beach, but not at all tiring, besides, we wanted it, the choice was conscious. The staff does not speak Russian, but the language of facial expressions and gestures helps : -)
Meals - breakfast only, normal. At lunch, tea on the balcony (the rooms have refrigerators, kettles, and we also took kettles with us just in case, tea with us, there is one packaged). It is better to take a room with a view of the island, since this is the shady side, and we like to sit there with a cup of tea in "siesta"). We dined every evening in a new cafe, there are plenty of them. It's much better than a hotel!

The beach is better than Nissi, we hit the road there on bikes, swam for a day. Shower is paid. Cloud people. Nope! Ours is better!! ! It takes 10-20 minutes to walk from the Marina, depending on where you want, as it stretches for 2 kilometers. Slowly 10 minutes to the bridge of lovers, you get cool pictures. Young people are jumping off the cliff. We swam to the island and to the caves.
You can get to the cliff at Cape Greco, visible from anywhere in Ayia Napa, by bus (stop next to the hotel), and return on foot along the footpath along the sea, which we did 2 times. Just choose sports shoes. Silence, intoxicating air, the sound of waves, running lizards. . . Take a snack with you. There is certainly a backpack behind your shoulders so that your hands are free, sometimes you have to cling so as not to fall. : -) On the way you will pass large "caves", where jumping enthusiasts again frolic, but here it is already higher. Freshly squeezed juice from bronze grandfathers. Beautiful video....
In the center of the bus stop to Nicosia, the schedule hangs. Sit down early in the morning, buy a round-trip ticket from the driver (not expensive), only tourists go there. They will drop you off at the old city, walk around it for several hours, take a picture and return back. I traveled alone. Upon arrival, I immediately bought a map so as not to get lost, got my bearings and... no problem!
Last time we took a tour with donkeys. Nothing special, it was possible not to drive, although the videos and pictures were cool.
Go, you won't regret it, although it's not the cheapest vacation. But not the most expensive either! Ol inclusive do not take in any case !! ! If you take a tour to Israel or Egypt. then in Russia, because it's cheaper, and besides, ask for a discount for the time you're away from the hotel. True, you will have to pack things, and then they will give you another number, but then the money can be spent on something more important. We did it for -33 euros per person.
