This hotel was our first in Cyprus. Despite the fact that it is 3-star, it is very good there. The rooms are clean, white and comfortable, the food is delicious, cleaned, I liked everything very much. When we flew there, I expected the worst, but it turned out to be very direct. The windows overlooked the park, in the evening it is noisy there, but the noise is up to 11, after everything calms down.

My will, I would give this hotel 10 out of 10, but one unpleasant incident spoiled the impression. Upon arrival at the reception, they said that there were no rooms available. Fuck knows how this can be, and why sell the tour if there are no numbers. As a result, they offered to stay for 2 days in another hotel 1 star higher and on the first line. By the way, in the end I was very happy to return from that 4-star hotel to our 3-star hotel, because it is really better. Probably better because it is new and not killed. And that other one, although 4 stars, but shabby and old, I will write a separate review about it.

We arrived at 7 am, at 8.30 we were already at the hotel (the hotel is at the very beginning of the city, on the outskirts, so we were brought there first). We were seated at 15:00. When checking in, no one smiled, there was a feeling that we were asking for them to visit.

Good day. We rested in Tofinis with my brother from late April to early May. We arrived at 7 am, at 8.30 we were already at the hotel (the hotel is at the very beginning of the city, on the outskirts, so we were brought there first). We were seated at 15:00. When checking in, no one smiled, there was a feeling that we were asking for them to visit. The room was gorgeous, sea view as ordered. Rested for 6 days. The first cleaning was on the 3rd day, and then because I had to declare this at the reception. Finally, they cleaned the room, changed the towel (left 5 euros, after that they began to clean it every day). In terms of nutrition - well done! Variety, quality and the ability to cook deliciously. Kudos to the cooks and waiters!! ! The only thing we had was half board (breakfasts and dinners), drinks (tea, coffee and water) were only at breakfast.
On site there is a paid small water park 20 euros per person. He's not worth it. There is no animation in the hotel. After dinner, everyone goes to their rooms or goes for a walk in the center. After 21 the hotel is not a soul.
A little about the beach. The journey takes 10 minutes. The beach is sandy, clean, but "there is nowhere for an apple to fall"))) For a fee: sun loungers - 2.5 euros, an umbrella - 2.5 euros.
The road from the hotel to the center is 30 minutes. There you find yourself in a world of unbridled fun: the famous Ayia Napa bars, restaurants, cafes and an amusement park.
Let's go back to the hotel and talk about the staff and their management. Waiting for check-in in a room for 6 hours (even in a half-empty hotel) is trifles. At the reception, when asked to use the first-aid kit - bean and plaster (there was a little trouble, since we had peroxide to treat the wound with us), in an indifferent and rude form, we were refused elementary help by a Russian-speaking girl, pointing to the store what you can buy there everything we need.
Coldness, indifference of Tofinis hotel staff and careless attitude towards tourists. This is rare in Cyprus. Usually you notice and note, on the contrary, excessive care, positive and friendliness. Eh. . . yes. But the main, to put it mildly, nuisance awaited us during the eviction. Check-out from the rooms takes place at 12 noon. Our transfer was at 20.30 pm. We overslept the checkout and were woken up by a knock on the door at 12.40. Not having time to get out of bed and get dressed, the hotel manager and 2 cleaners burst into the room (a spectacle like in a movie about maniac killers). Angry, pointing at the clock and shouting that we are still sleeping (I repeat, the hotel was more than half empty, we don’t see crime in our waking up), then the cleaners start touching our things with screams....the manager in Russian asks for 5 minutes release the number.
As a result, for 40 minutes of our extra stay in the room, the hotel manager presented us with an invoice for 80 euros (6000 rubles), although this is the price per day. When we said that we would not pay for it, we were simply told, okay, they will call the police and the detention will result in us not flying on a charter. (Details of screams and words that were uttered by the staff at the reception and the hotel manager himself (sitting to the right of the hotel entrance) write himself - do not respect. Thanks to the hotel visitors, other similar tourists for protecting our side.
To avoid these problems, we had to pay for everything by taking receipts. We understand our cant. But such an attitude, slander that was addressed to us, rudeness and rudeness cannot be forgotten and not understood!! ! Ripped off in 40 minutes as for daily living - an open rip-off !!! !

The hotel is really new, everything is so fresh, a pleasant feeling that a thousand people have not slept on the bed before you, and even more so in the toilet. The interior is very pleasant and stylish. Light colors with gray and red. The hotel itself is also the same, sophisticated or something, very stylish. The territory is small, but why do we need it. There are places to go and walk around. Maybe a little noisy - the location in the center and the proximity to disc players affects. But it's either one or the other. The hotel is full of young people, which is also a plus. We became friends with two couples and ended up hanging out together. There are a lot of Russians, but we understood that they all came from the same ICS operator, which bought this hotel. The food is ordinary, no frills, but worthy for 3 stars. In general, there were no cons. I liked Cyprus very much. Warm, welcoming, colorful. Very sunny and summery. Despite the fact that we were here for 2 weeks, we were not tired and did not want to leave. We went on excursions to Paphos, why not go to the legendary stone of the birth of Aphrodite. I really liked Paphos, a cute cozy town with a charming promenade, next time you can rush here. But from Ayia Napa, the road to the other end of the island was too tiring, we didn’t go anywhere else. We stopped at neighboring Protaras, where, in principle, everything is the same as ours, maybe less fun. So Ayia Napa is the best place! All come here!! !

But in general, it is quite tolerable, on the other hand - everything is nearby. And discos, and entertainment, and shops, and the beach. The hotel itself is brand new, after renovation. All pictures from the Internet - with old photos. In fact, everything here is so red and white, in the style of the logo of the tour operator from which we came. The price of the hotel really was the lowest, but here - only Russian. I don't know if that's a plus. Not everyone loves such a neighborhood exclusively with compatriots. Especially since most of them are young people. . The room is fresh, love it! Food - average, well, it's understandable, you shouldn't expect more from 3 stars. In general, for the money that we spent - very worthy. Well, it's up to you.

The staff is wonderful (only one curvy maid), at the reception - understanding girls, friendly, and the manager is very attentive, responsible! It's better to speak English, but someone understands Russian (I mean the hotel staff). The guests were all Russians. Napa Tsokkos is located in the city center, so it is convenient to go to the historical part, and to the port, and to Luna Park (next to the hotel), and bus stops are close. Often went to Nissi Beach. We ourselves went (without expensive ICS excursions) to Nicosia, to the show of Dancing Fountains, etc. . From the port there are many pleasure boats with dec. excursions and entertainment. We sailed on the Pirate ship "Black Pearl" (I advise everyone). Another parachute flight over the sea - super!
