The hotel met my expectations.
The room did not differ in ideal whiteness (as in Swedish hotels, for example), but it was tidy, tidy and quite spacious (single). It is worth considering that the hotel does not seem to be new, and if a stain has appeared on the ceiling since ancient times, no one is going to remove it (this season for sure). However, the cleanliness of the room looks good. The furniture was maybe not very new and fashionable, but it was clean and functional. The room had a hair dryer (free of charge), a TV (remote control - a deposit of 10 euros), a safe (for a fee + a deposit for a lock - 20 euros), a refrigerator (for a fee). Plumbing though "bells and whistles" did not differ, but functioned normally. There were curtains on the windows. The balcony is not very big. I had a sea view. Well, the neighboring hotel Nelia Beach as well. Thus, in order to protect themselves from prying eyes, the curtain was kept curtained - it was a bit dark. Air conditioning is normal: quickly cools the room, and does not blow on you. In the mornings, sounds are heard from the kitchen (lived on the third floor). From my balcony, I had a view of the territory (the pool and palm trees - in my opinion it’s good), the sea, the mountains.

I can only say positive things about the service. Cleaning was done every day and well. The maid left 2 euros for a tip. Bed linen was changed twice in two weeks. The hotel staff is divided into polite and very polite. True, my request to clean the sink was fulfilled the second time. Three days passed between my appeals. But when I applied for the second time, everything was done on the same day. Communication with staff was in English. One of the waiters in the restaurant is Russian, the German manager speaks a little Russian. I got the impression that if the staff does not speak Russian, then they certainly understand. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the German manager even hummed something during dinner : ). The voucher did not specify the type of view from the room, but they settled immediately in a room with a sea view.
From food I had a buffet - breakfast and dinner. The disadvantage of breakfasts is that only 2-3 dishes changed from day to day, and the rest of the dishes were always the same. But on the other hand, there were a great many of these dishes - for every taste: kholopya, muesli, honey, vegetables, mushrooms, potatoes, yogurts, various breads, etc. From drinks - juices, water, coffee, milk, cocoa. At dinner, the dishes were different from day to day. There were "theme evenings": an evening of Italian cuisine, etc. Salads were quite varied. Meat and fish (more precisely, dishes from them) are delicious. Of the fruits came across oranges, pears, plums, apples. There were desserts, including cakes. Drinks at dinner are paid. The restaurant and bar are very cozy. The restaurant of one of the walls overlooks the territory: palm trees and a pool.
I can't really say anything about entertainment. I only know that once a week there is live music. There is table football, video games, table tennis, billiards, tennis court.
The location of the hotel is just wonderful. I was at this resort for the first time and did not thoroughly study the hotels, but I believe that Stamatia is in one of the best places. Walk five minutes to the beach. Nearby is a bay with yachts. The hotel itself overlooks a fairly quiet street (on the one hand, not a provincial street, but on the other hand, neither central nor highway, which is important). Five minutes walk to the main street of the city. At the same time, no noise is heard from the center, for sure. In general, all parties and discos are located far from the sea and they cannot interfere with coastal hotels. Thus, the hotel is located in a quiet place, but this place cannot be called out of touch with life: everything is in the immediate vicinity. There are hotels next to which the beach is better (more spacious, more sand). But many of these hotels are located on a major highway, almost outside the city, on the outskirts (this is uncomfortable for me). Yes, and in mountainous terrain - it depresses me. The beach near Stamatia is also good, there are umbrellas and sunbeds (2+2 euros). But there are stones in the water near the shore - special paths are laid out for this - to make it more convenient to enter. If you go further from the bay (2 minutes walk), then the beach gets even better - so this is not a problem.

The territory of the hotel is surrounded by a hedge, which isolates from the road and from other hotels. It creates coziness (nature gets closer). The pool is not very big, but I didn't see any hustle. The beds are comfortable. There is a supermarket next to the road. The hall at the hotel makes a good impression: spacious, not a “passage courtyard”, an atmosphere of peace and regularity, pleasant twilight and coolness (after a whole day on a hot beach with a blinding sun, this is really nice).
Among the guests at the hotel there were many Russians (50%), Germans (30%), British (10%), there were also Swiss. Vacationers were either couples (young and old) or small companies (up to 3 people). There were also companies and more - but this is rare. In general, it was quiet and calm, I didn’t notice big noisy parties - maybe the specifics of the time (autumn).
I recommend this hotel for a relaxing and relaxing holiday. However, the hotel is not very expensive.
