The hotel is very well located, 10 minutes walk to the center, 5 minutes to the beach.
The hotel is comfortable, clean, cleaning every day, friendly staff.
The food is good, took breakfast and dinner, this is quite enough.
Dinners were themed, cuisines of the peoples of the world, especially Italian cuisine.
Drinks at dinner are paid, coffee - 2.50 euros, a glass of wine - 2.10 euros, cocktails 2.5 - 4 euros.
The waiters and bartenders are super, especially the Russian barwoman Natalya, a professional with a capital letter.
Safe paid 3 euros per day, deposit 20 euros, no beach towels, adapter 2 euros.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools - for adults and children, a recreation area near the pool, a terrace, a bar.
Now a little about Ayia Napa: the town is suitable for young people, the bar street has 20 bars and clubs concentrated in one place.
For lovers of a relaxing beach holiday, Paphos or Protaras is more suitable.
The beaches in Ayia Napa are the best, clean, comfortable, beautiful, especially Nissi Beach - an incomparable beauty, travel there from the hotel by bus 102 will cost 1 euro and will last approximately 10 minutes.
I was very surprised by the climate of Cyprus, I expected a dry climate and I was wrong, it is very humid, like in a bath, very hot, the temperature in July is 38-40 degrees.
The climate of Turkey is easier to bear because of the mountains and the continent.
In general, I was satisfied with the trip, but Ayia Napa is not my age, I prefer a more relaxing holiday, a hotel one, like in Turkey, but this is purely my subjective opinion.
Paradise for the youth!
The hotel met my expectations.
The room did not differ in ideal whiteness (as in Swedish hotels, for example), but it was tidy, tidy and quite spacious (single). It is worth considering that the hotel does not seem to be new, and if a stain has appeared on the ceiling since ancient times, no one is going to remove it (this season for sure). However, the cleanliness of the room looks good. The furniture was maybe not very new and fashionable, but it was clean and functional. The room had a hair dryer (free of charge), a TV (remote control - a deposit of 10 euros), a safe (for a fee + a deposit for a lock - 20 euros), a refrigerator (for a fee). Plumbing though "bells and whistles" did not differ, but functioned normally. There were curtains on the windows. The balcony is not very big. I had a sea view. Well, the neighboring hotel Nelia Beach as well. Thus, in order to protect themselves from prying eyes, the curtain was kept curtained - it was a bit dark. Air conditioning is normal: quickly cools the room, and does not blow on you. In the mornings, sounds are heard from the kitchen (lived on the third floor). From my balcony, I had a view of the territory (the pool and palm trees - in my opinion it’s good), the sea, the mountains.
I can only say positive things about the service. Cleaning was done every day and well. The maid left 2 euros for a tip. Bed linen was changed twice in two weeks. The hotel staff is divided into polite and very polite. True, my request to clean the sink was fulfilled the second time. Three days passed between my appeals. But when I applied for the second time, everything was done on the same day. Communication with staff was in English. One of the waiters in the restaurant is Russian, the German manager speaks a little Russian. I got the impression that if the staff does not speak Russian, then they certainly understand. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the German manager even hummed something during dinner : ). The voucher did not specify the type of view from the room, but they settled immediately in a room with a sea view.
From food I had a buffet - breakfast and dinner. The disadvantage of breakfasts is that only 2-3 dishes changed from day to day, and the rest of the dishes were always the same. But on the other hand, there were a great many of these dishes - for every taste: kholopya, muesli, honey, vegetables, mushrooms, potatoes, yogurts, various breads, etc. From drinks - juices, water, coffee, milk, cocoa. At dinner, the dishes were different from day to day. There were "theme evenings": an evening of Italian cuisine, etc. Salads were quite varied. Meat and fish (more precisely, dishes from them) are delicious. Of the fruits came across oranges, pears, plums, apples. There were desserts, including cakes. Drinks at dinner are paid. The restaurant and bar are very cozy. The restaurant of one of the walls overlooks the territory: palm trees and a pool.
I can't really say anything about entertainment. I only know that once a week there is live music. There is table football, video games, table tennis, billiards, tennis court.
The location of the hotel is just wonderful. I was at this resort for the first time and did not thoroughly study the hotels, but I believe that Stamatia is in one of the best places. Walk five minutes to the beach. Nearby is a bay with yachts. The hotel itself overlooks a fairly quiet street (on the one hand, not a provincial street, but on the other hand, neither central nor highway, which is important). Five minutes walk to the main street of the city. At the same time, no noise is heard from the center, for sure. In general, all parties and discos are located far from the sea and they cannot interfere with coastal hotels. Thus, the hotel is located in a quiet place, but this place cannot be called out of touch with life: everything is in the immediate vicinity. There are hotels next to which the beach is better (more spacious, more sand). But many of these hotels are located on a major highway, almost outside the city, on the outskirts (this is uncomfortable for me). Yes, and in mountainous terrain - it depresses me. The beach near Stamatia is also good, there are umbrellas and sunbeds (2+2 euros). But there are stones in the water near the shore - special paths are laid out for this - to make it more convenient to enter. If you go further from the bay (2 minutes walk), then the beach gets even better - so this is not a problem.
The territory of the hotel is surrounded by a hedge, which isolates from the road and from other hotels. It creates coziness (nature gets closer). The pool is not very big, but I didn't see any hustle. The beds are comfortable. There is a supermarket next to the road. The hall at the hotel makes a good impression: spacious, not a “passage courtyard”, an atmosphere of peace and regularity, pleasant twilight and coolness (after a whole day on a hot beach with a blinding sun, this is really nice).
Among the guests at the hotel there were many Russians (50%), Germans (30%), British (10%), there were also Swiss. Vacationers were either couples (young and old) or small companies (up to 3 people). There were also companies and more - but this is rare. In general, it was quiet and calm, I didn’t notice big noisy parties - maybe the specifics of the time (autumn).
I recommend this hotel for a relaxing and relaxing holiday. However, the hotel is not very expensive.

1. Food.
Uninteresting food for dinner - for these 13 Euros (or 11 if more than 5 days) you can get much better in the city. Salads - 4 random food items, but cucumbers and tomatoes were usually present; soup obviously with cubes, 4 types of hot dishes (of which often 2 types of chicken or 2 types of pork), 3-4 types of a simple side dish, sometimes lasagna, small pizza - everything is simple, fish, 2 types of dessert (usually mousses), apples , oranges, grapefruits, Drinks - for a fee. The most delicious was something like moussack - sometimes. Don't run away. Nevertheless, no one suffered from a stomach, and the child was fed. The breakfast is good and plentiful. Outside the territory, the prices are as follows: a set lunch - moussaka with vegetable salad - 10 euros, Portions are large. I liked the Adesso Bistro restaurant near the Thalassa museum. Cleaner and tastier for the same money. Delicious moussaka -7.70 euros, vegetable salad (hard to overcome alone) - 7 euros, swordfish steak with potatoes - 12.50, spaghetti with mushrooms (portion for three) - 6.50 euros. Sauces, bread, free wine for dinner. Tea 2 euros (as in a hotel).
In short, it is better to dine outside the hotel. Because of the heat, I don't feel like having lunch. Fruits and vegetables on average 3 euros per kilogram. juice - 2 euros per liter.
2. Number
Equipment is old but everything works. In the room, the three of us settled down perfectly, but I can’t imagine how to accommodate four (Allegedly a room for 4 people). The bathroom is cramped - there is a hefty ventilation duct. No shampoo, soap must be requested from the cleaning lady ("Soap? Oh, yes, please"), I bought both and did not fool around, This is not the main thing. Towels were changed all the time.
By the way, there were ants, you can’t leave food on the table. A drop of jam will come running in 15 minutes. They are poisoned and disappear for a few days. We had the 1st floor and had dinner in the room.
Air conditioning no beds not blowing.
For a fee: Refrigerator 4.30 Euro, if more than 5 days - 3.40; safe - 3 euros, adapter free of charge, bail 2 euros.
3, window view
We were at the neighboring hotel Nelia, built 40 meters away, on its household. part. Constant noise from air conditioners and cars. Loading Unloading. In the evening until midnight, music from the bars of both hotels, echoes of live music from the nearest pub, and on the other side of the building - a road along which mopeds and other rumblers rush. The child did not make friends with the air conditioner, we tried to sleep with an open balcony - stuffy, noisy. We were offered a choice of 3 rooms, but something did not suit us, then we adapted somehow to the air conditioner, and did not move. What to change for soap?
4, Location by the sea - 3 minutes to the beach, which is important in the heat and for the child ("Mom! I want to be in the shade! Bakes my head! " - this is through a hat). Sun loungers, umbrellas for 2 euros, but you can also on the sand with your own umbrella. Not far from the harbor, it's nice to take a walk in the evening, the cats were fed there.
5. We liked the staff, apparently, they are trying to redeem the owner's economism with their kind attitude. Waiters - student interns (again, savings) - very diligent, hard workers exploited.
In short - a budget hotel, if you want better - apparently, you have to pay more. But you just need to make sure that for a lot of money you get a big bathroom, excellent food and the complete absence of insects. Who knows in advance?
I hope this information will help you in choosing a hotel.
In my choice, the main thing was the cost. For three weeks!
Have a nice rest!
