Cleaned every day (many thanks to the maid Jogia). Wi-Fi worked throughout. There is a huge pool. The food is varied, with a large selection of dishes. As if there were a lot of people, but there was no pandemonium in the dining room. The waiters are very helpful and the hotel staff are friendly and polite people. The only annoying thing was the lack of any drinks for dinner. The hotel does not have its own beach, but almost all hotels have it. Municipal beach - 20 minutes walk. Sun loungers are paid, without them you can freely sunbathe just on the sand. The location of the hotel is very convenient, almost in the center, the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Rest were satisfied. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

But on the last day, the most terrible thing happened that I have never met in any hotel, when I come to the room I see that my cosmetic bag with soap accessories is open, there were gels and soap from this hotel, since we did not always use them and some I breaststroke into it, and I see the whole cosmetic bag was rummaged through and all their gels and soap were taken out. Arriving at the reception, the administrator Anna (a Russian-speaking blonde, the person of this hotel that I didn’t like, if you come you will understand why) she began to convince me that the cosmetic bag was open before that, no one climbed into it (although this was not, I’m sure I know) and the cleaning lady just pulled everything out because it’s impossible to take them out of the hotel, listen, for the first time I hear this nonsense, I’ve never seen this, although I often rested in different countries and hotels by the number of stars. They didn’t solve my problem in any way, she didn’t even want to, she just listened to me and everything and says if you want, then write a complaint in English (although I said that I don’t speak or write English, and after my words she continues to tell me if you want to write). Honestly, if there are at least some stars for this hotel, then the staff and personal belongings of people should not be touched, or if any situation occurred, it should have been in my presence. The location, we can say that it’s right in the center, the Windows overlook three directions: the sea (We were lucky, the windows overlooked the sea), the amusement park (be prepared for noise at night somewhere until 23:00), and the pool and the neighboring hotel (this side also overlooks the old cemetery, which remains from the old city of Ayia Napa, it is very small and don’t worry, it doesn’t look like our terrible and not well-groomed cemetery, it looks more like architectural monuments).
3) The kitchen in the hotel is just great!! ! Buffet, breakfast to choose from, then scrambled eggs, then cereal, then croissants, every day you can eat something different. Dinner is themed every time. During our week of stay, we ate (Japanese, Mexican, Italian, Cypriot, etc. ) we thoroughly enjoyed the food!
4) Staff. 6) Beaches. It’s a little more difficult here, there is a beach 5 minutes from the hotel, but it is rocky and the entrance is steps. In 2018, the embankment was built, so I don’t know how this season is, but it should be very beautiful. It’s 10-15 minutes to the central beach (we didn’t go to it, it’s very crowded), if you go along the coast to the right for about 10-15 minutes there is a good Pernera beach where you can swim with masks (since the island itself is one volcanic rock, there are very few fish and algae) and on this beach there is a spit of stones where fish hide. If you go further behind this beach, then you will get to the beach of Batina Gonia, very beautiful and clean, and there are few people, mostly we rested there, there are cafes where you can have a bite. All beaches are clean, all sunbeds and umbrellas are paid, but the beaches are free.
7) Excursions and entertainment. We rented bicycles (we didn’t give a passport as a deposit!! ! many ask, but there are normal companies that book a hotel and take money as a deposit. I don’t remember how much, but a little) and rode right up to Capo Greco, which is 18 km in two directions, along the road there are bike paths or along the beach almost to the end there is a path along which you can drive. We went to Nissi Beach, it is even worse and there are a lot of cigarette butts in the sand.
In the hotel itself there is a safe and a refrigerator for an additional fee - 1 euro a safe per week and a refrigerator 15 euros, which I did not like. There is a hairdryer (it lies in the table) a plasma TV. fall asleep if your windows are on the side of the pool.

My husband and I chose at the last moment and stumbled upon this brand new hotel in the very center. Certainly pleased that the hotel is not designed for a quiet family vacation, there is no accommodation with children! The hotel itself is modern with good design, friendly Russian-speaking staff, cozy rooms with all amenities, up to the kettle.
