We stayed at the hotel in July-August. With a six year old.
Settlement. We arrived late in the evening. At the reception they gave out a form to fill out, sandwiches (two breads, cheese and sausage) And after filling - the keys to the room. Asking to change the number does not make sense. As far as I understand, the hotel allocates rooms in advance and only registers and populates upon arrival. We had no problems with the number, so I won’t say if we can change the number later or not. Room 606, sixth floor (end), family suite (two rooms). In both rooms there are air conditioners, TV (but for some reason there is only one remote control)))). Refrigerator NO! At all. Nice bathroom with a bathtub (very clean). There are no toothpastes, brushes, hats and slippers. Gel and soap are in dispensers on the wall. The smell is pleasant.
In the bedroom, double bed (moisture-proof mattress pad under the sheet). wardrobe, built-in table with mirror. In the living room there is a single bed (+ mattress topper), a sofa (squeezed). A table, chairs and something like a kitchenette - there is nothing but sockets. There is a large balcony in the same room. No clothes dryer. .

Laminate on the floor. With cleaning no problems and stories. Well done maids!
Two elevators - orange and blue. Serviceable.
The hotel lobby has nothing but chairs and a reception desk.
Restaurant, bar (even two - one in the lobby (not working), the second near the pool. Meals....This is how it works: everything is sooooo very monotonous at breakfast. From drinks, tea (bags), coffee (automatic), juices (also automatic , but I liked the quality - orange and apple), water. Everything without restrictions. From fruits, only oranges, cut.
Dinner. There is less monotony, but still a lot. There is meat: chicken, pork (which the chef does not know how to cook very well - hot sauce would help out, but there is none), fish... Pasta, potatoes, some poor salads (cabbage, green salads)....Not at dinner and drinks. At all. However, if you bring a bottle of water with you, they won’t tear it out (I only saw a showdown in a week because of what I brought with me).
The pool is small. Clean with a variable result (windy, leaves, etc. )
Beach. To the beach, municipal, about 5-7 minutes of leisurely walking, across the road. The sea water is clean.
And now the cons, perhaps subjective.
1) Reception does not solve issues. They asked why there was only one remote control for TV - they promised to figure it out - there was no result (the point is not that they are desperately needed, but that they could ask when leaving WHERE THE SECOND remote control is? ) They did not apply anymore. In general, from my point of view, the night administrator deserves a good review (unfortunately I don’t know his name), a full, short man. Here it is, YES! smiling and trying to help. . .
2) The hotel DOES NOT RESPOND for anything: the pool - there will be no lifeguard, the playground - at your own peril and risk....
3) A separate song - prohibitions. For the sake of curiosity, read - almost everything is prohibited)))))

4) There are no refrigerators, kettles in the rooms....More precisely, of course, there are, but they will bring it only after payment. According to my calculations, for a week you need to add about 50-75 euros to the cost of living... This would be a refrigerator, kettle, internet, drinks for dinner...
5) Internet. Like 20 euros for a week, for one device. And apparently it’s not known that there will be Internet - and many will stay in the lobby, in the bar - and these are orders for water, juices, beer, etc...
A small summary: the hotel is certainly a good three-ruble note. It’s a shame, but it’s losing ground - judging by the advertising booklets, etc. - earlier it was much more fun there, maybe there’s a barbecue for youth, there’s a barbecue - no one starts it and doesn’t even think (although there are tables and screens... Plus a definitely redneck approach ( well, call it European, it doesn't matter) - to squeeze money out of tourists for the usual things (refrigerator, kettle, etc. )... This, IMHO, kills all the pluses. The city location of the hotel is not bad... However, there is nothing to buy there (in Cyprus)..... There are bars, restaurants, etc. , but it's not ours and I can't tell you anything.
I would come up with a gradation of the hotel - BEDROOM. T e hotel where you can only sleep. But there are already hostels
