When booking, it was indicated that we needed to be met, what should be the food, sleeping places, etc. , I thank the hotel staff for the fact that all my wishes were taken into account. They settled us very quickly, took us to the room, left the nanny with the children, and I went to fill out all the papers, everyone needs this approach - 5 points.
When I came to my senses after the flight, I noticed what a heavenly place we were in, the territory looked like a large park, the children ran, frolicked, basked in the sun - happiness!
The hotel has one children's pool with a water slide near the main pool, a second children's pool with a water slide and a pirate ship in the kids club, this is a real thrill, as the children were constantly busy and under the supervision of nannies and animators.
Girls, you won’t believe it, but being on vacation with the children, I was able to call it a real vacation, I went for a massage and a bath, at first I was worried, and then I realized that there was no point, very attentive staff and a professional approach.
A lot of animation, sports, different games, the beach is nearby, about 7 restaurants, the food is very tasty.
I can say one thing, do not be afraid to go on your own, the main thing is to choose the right hotel.

3) Loved our room, big and clean, cleaning every day. If you need something, the staff responds quickly, they speak English, a little Russian.
4) The beach is in front of the windows, sun loungers and towels are included.
5) The restaurants have a large selection of food, for seafood lovers this is heaven on earth. I ordered the child individually, everything was done as requested.
6) There are a lot of activities for adults and children, the main thing is that you have enough days to do everything.
I can’t even remember what I didn’t like, somehow everything is thought out to the smallest detail, I give it a high rating and I can recommend a stay in Parklane.

A very decent hotel! We spent only three days here, but we were very impressed and plan to return to rest in this place in the future. The hotel has a very large, beautiful, well-groomed territory. Gorgeous rooms. High level of service. We arrived and were immediately greeted by the reception staff, check-in took literally ten minutes.

The bed is huge, very comfortable. All necessary equipment (air conditioning, TV, kettle, hair dryer, safe). The room is clean, spacious, good soundproofing and lighting. The bathroom is cozy and equipped with everything you need. Excellent room service, regular cleaning. There were no problems with food either, very tasty and varied. There are six restaurants on site that offer à la carte or buffet options. I really liked the restaurants with Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, in the latter they cook insanely delicious seafood and serve excellent wine. Service is top notch. The hotel has an excellent spa area that offers a wide range of services, various types of massages, beauty treatments, a jacuzzi, a bathhouse, a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness center. In addition, the hotel has an excellent animation team that entertains guests from morning to night. Also, there are many activities for families with children. The beach is nearby, equipped, well-groomed. You don't want to leave the hotel, it's very comfortable here. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and I already want to come back here!
