We rested in Dionysos Central at the end of June.
I must say right away - the hotel is not for the pretentious. If stains on the upholstery of the chair and the bedspread, holes in the mattress, a small and not very clean bathroom bother you, then you are not here.
But everything worked: condo, hair dryer, hot water. There were shampoos/gels. The mattresses are quite comfortable, without sagging bumps.
Modern LG flat TV with USB. So we watched all the films downloaded in advance in comfort, and not on our devices.
Since we had an economy option, the Internet, a safe, a refrigerator came for a fee. Internet - 3 euros / day, refrigerator - 1.7 euros / day. It seems to be all inclusive in the DeLuxe rooms.
Meals - took HB. Lunch was served with homemade salads. We thought about it in advance and brought with us a plastic salad bowl, a knife, a boiler, tea, sugar, and salt.

We stocked up on groceries at the Papantonio supermarket (5-7 minutes from the hotel). There is also free WiFi. It can also be caught at some restaurants and cafes.
Breakfasts are standard: muesli, omelettes, sausages, buns, muffins, yoghurts. I recommend yogurt. I used plain yogurt as a dressing for salads and main courses, peach - as a cream for buns and muffins.
Dinner, as for me, is quite decent, there is plenty to choose from. Occurs on the basis of an Italian restaurant, so pasta, ravioli, chicken, meat, stewed vegetables, steam + some inclusions of local cuisine.
Since we did not have AI, we had paid drinks at dinner (even water) - a glass of wine / beer 1.9 euros.
Paphos is a quiet city except for the first line. If you move 2-3 quarters inland - quiet and regularity.
The hotel is located in the center of Paphos, 1 block from the seafront and surrounded by cafes and bars.
The hotel consists of 2 buildings. We lived in the distant, which is simpler. In the central, according to rumors, the rooms are better (DeLuxe).
Offhand, 10% of the contingent are foreigners. The rest is the CIS.
The hotel is more suitable for young people, especially the distant building, because. located near the disco bar, which is buzzing from 10 pm to 2 am.
It is unrealistic to sleep with the windows open, it is tolerable with the windows closed, but for sensitive persons it probably won’t work anyway.
Our room was very modest in size - obviously a double, where they pushed the 3rd bed, which interfered with the opening of the balcony doors.
But the balcony is large: with a plastic table and 2 chairs. By the way, advice for inexperienced tourists: a rope and a couple of clothespins will not be superfluous on such trips.
An adapter for euro sockets was provided free of charge.
We took our own beach towels, but they could be taken at the hotel for 1 euro + 1 euro each exchange.
The pool is small - about 5*10m. Noticeable chlorine smell. Dipped only once.

The beach area of Paphos is a bit specific. The shore is mostly rocky, but ladders are equipped for descent / ascent. To the sandy Sodap beach in front of the Aloe hotel, where we spent time, about 15 minutes walk along the promenade or a parallel street.
The entrance is gentle, sandy, but in some places there may be stones.
There you can decompose with your umbrellas and towels. There is a shower and a toilet. The nearest beaches are located right on the promenade. Everywhere paid sunbeds and umbrellas -2.5 euros each item.
The sea was a little upset in the second half - the first 4 days almost did not storm and the sea was pleasant. With big waves, you have to rake about 20 meters in order to be on clear water without sand and algae.
The sea is slightly less salty and 3 degrees colder than on the Antalya coast. There seem to be some currents. In the morning, the water is generally invigorating.
Of the excursions, they took only the "Heart of the Island" from "Atika Holiday" - 45 euros without lunch or 65 euros with lunch. Lunch for 20 euros is not enough, some kind of snack with you is quite enough. Excursion from 8-00 to 18-00.
We looked at 2 monasteries, a church, a local colorful village, a winery, learned a lot from the guide about local customs and history.
Of course, we visited the open-air archaeological museum in Paphos. Entrance 4.5 euros.
The museum is open from 8:30 a. m. to 7:30 p. m. The optimal visiting time is from 17-00 until closing, otherwise you can fry in an open area.
In principle, it’s not bad, you can see Paphos 1 time, but we probably won’t go the second time.
