We were in this hotel at the beginning of July. Tour operator Zeus Travel did not help in resolving issues. Towels are very old, stained, linen is not changed even once a week / until you say /. Save water in the bathroom. The hygiene in the rooms is very bad. It is even worse on the beach, everyone leaves beach towels on sun loungers, but only Ukrainian and Russian tourists are removed by the hotel director to make room for locals. People come back after dinner, and he looks pretty from the side. Local people also leave towels, but they are not taken away. When asked why he does this, the answer was that this is not Russia. Very angry, does not speak any foreign language, for normal communication - the director. This hotel does not want to see Russian tourists. You can sleep at night after 4 am, the music from the street and the noise is terrible. Cleaning is terrible. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel.
