Rested from 07/28/12 to 08/04/12. Settled in room 027, with non-working air conditioning. Because of the monotonous music, as if hammering nails, it is impossible to sleep, since the room is located above the bar. The bathroom doors don't close. The doors in the corridor knock after each opening by tourists - around the clock, as the shock absorber does not work. We argued with the hotel manager for 3 days and we were moved to another room, where the air conditioner was already working, but the Russian channel on TV was encoded. They did not respond to requests to say the code at the reception, but only wrote down the application. but nothing has been done. The representative of the travel agency Natalie Tour Kira does not provide assistance, does not deal with tourists, does not solve problems, but only writes down for excursions. Such a representative of the Kira travel agency is not needed there, as bus drivers pick up and take away from the hotel.
