We arrived at Termal on August 1, left on August 2, although the hotel was booked for 14 days. It turned out that the air conditioning in the room stock had not been working for two years. While on the morning of August 2, we were sorting out at the reception, we were robbed, the safe was opened and gold jewelry was stolen. To which the hotel administration replied in writing that they were not responsible for the contents of the safe. It's such a wonderful rest!

November 30.2017 the nurse dispensing the Carbon Dioxide treatments locked me in the bathroom, turned on the oxygen, like a pearl bath, to drown out her thieving activities in the locker room. Just returned from Karlovy Vary. The hotel is good, the food and cleaning are normal, if you find fault, you can find shortcomings of course. Yes, it is old and needs renovation, the hotel is going to be renovated anyway. I didn't have any negatives at all. Buffet, varied food, fruits and pastries, tea, water, coffee. We have a nice room with amenities, a friendly team of doctors, a good location of the hotel, a lot of procedures. What else do you need for a holiday? Only a good mood and money for entertainment and excursions. We received treatment, a little health and flew home with the hope of returning again. The only pity is that the outdoor pool has not been working for several years and is closed for repairs Vrzhidlo. This is a big loss for Var for some time. And when they close Thermal, it remains only to follow its future fate. Thanks to everyone who works in Termal - from the receptionists to the waiters, they are just great.

Only in the 4th (Unitours) they explained that the hotel does not confirm the beginning of the month and offered the second half of July. So don't waste your time booking at the beginning of July.

Food sucks. As luck would have it, we took full board so as not to bother. I had to eat it... Especially breakfasts. A whole bun and a whole cold omelet. . . It's impossible to eat, sorry.
Treatment leaves much to be desired. A mess in the organization, everyone rushes about like mad, there is no "soul". Although, on the other hand, it’s stupid to want it for that kind of money...
The only definite plus of this hotel is its location and its swimming pool.
In the very heart of the city, you look at the beauty that is not found in any other Czech city. In terms of architecture, I liked Vary more than Prague.
It's a pity that such an amazing place is occupied by such a mediocre hotel. . .
