Hotel ratings by criteria:
I'll start with the cons: 1. Quite far from the center. Take the tram to Wenceslas Square for half an hour, and another 7 minutes to go to the stop. In addition, it should be noted that the hotel is located on a small hillock, it is normal to walk from it, but it is difficult to get to it, especially after a busy day. 2. I really didn't like the work of the maid. Haven't changed sheets in 2 weeks! I did not go to the administrator and scandalize. Towels were changed irregularly (once there was a gap of 6 days). Soap was provided once upon arrival (a tiny piece in the package), shampoo was not included. In addition, for the entire time (2 weeks) the floor - carpet - has never been vacuumed. (There was a piece of walnut between the beds to check). Well, it was felt when you walk barefoot around the room. Also the shower tray was not washed. Once in the bathroom there was a strong smell of bleach, but the bar of soap that I dropped in the morning was still on the tray. So bleach, most likely, was simply spilled for the appearance of cleaning. The only thing: regularly, every day, the garbage was taken out. 3. The most unpleasant thing: an envelope with paper was missing from the room, according to which I was going to receive a tax refund after buying it in a duty free store. The amount is not large - about 400 crowns, but it's a shame. Again, I think about the maid (she is alone in the hotel). The envelope was put away in the nightstand drawer. But this, of course, is unprovable, I did not catch anyone by the hand. I did not leave money and documents in the room, but I left the envelope - and here it is. : (4. Very monotonous breakfasts. A couple of types of sausage, cheese, occasionally boiled eggs or salad (one kind), the simplest cereal (one kind), coffee and tea - so-so. Once there was chicken, and a couple of times - delicious warm sausage. For dessert - jam and pastries (one kind, not very tasty). However, the set is typical for 3 stars. It is a pity that there was never an omelette or fried eggs. 5. The restaurant was open until 11 pm and the local Czechs who drank there beer, sometimes quite loud, but it only hurts if you need to go to bed early
