Although the cleaner noted that my room had been cleaned. And taking into account the fact that the hotel is located extremely far from the center, I do not recommend it to tourists.

The room was changed only after 2 days. Thank you anyway! Further more! While we were living in a new room, we were never changed bed linen, they threw (specially! ) crumpled paper under the table, so it lay for 6 days! In the restaurant there are traces of lipstick on the glasses, the plates on the back are greasy! The menu hasn't changed in 2 weeks! At the reception, they couldn’t explain to us how to get to the meeting point of our group, as a result, a lost day, spoiled mood and skipping the tour! The apogee of everything was that upon arrival from Bavaria, after 2 days we began to collect things, and then we loss of 500 euros and 2 bottles of Becherovka (local drink). They gave us a drink and that's it! We VERY regretted choosing this hotel! It does not correspond to the declared status! A vile mood is guaranteed to you when you check in there!

I heard that this is a historical hotel, which, after the adoption of the law on the restitution of personal property in the Czech Republic, was again given to the owners' family. I think that in 1991 our former fellow members of the socialist camp passed a fair law. And the hotel really turned out to be noble after the reconstruction.

Comfort is on top, and the service is clear, professional, in many languages. Each guest is not only personal attention, but also a souvenir from the owner. A trifle, but nice. Very nice restaurant inside and there is a summer playground. If you are going on a sightseeing tour, then you can take a tram to the most beautiful place in the city - the old central part. Just buy a travel card, it's much more convenient and profitable.
My wife and I took a double room with a huge bed, all amenities were in the room, good furniture, serviceable appliances, beautiful bedspreads and curtains. The owners in the rooms turned out to be so familiar and pleasant that you feel like in a good house with close friends on the weekend.
We were only in Prague for a week, on our short retirement , as our little grandson and daughter, who was eager to work, were waiting at home, and we had to return as soon as possible. But we filled this little vacation with special romanticism and pleasures. We really enjoyed the tour and the accommodation and the whole trip. With renewed vigor plunged into the daily hustle and bustle.
