If we are traveling with two adult children (13 and 19), is it possible to take a family room or two doubles??? The operator told us that he could not guarantee that we would be accommodated with such large children in a family one. They settle only with small ones.

Hotel Bavaro Resort and Spa - does anyone know this hotel?

I booked through the KLM website through a partner (www.booking.com). Can't find any descriptions. What worries me most is that on the hotel website (www.bavaroresortandspa.com) the description of the hotel is very similar to the Caribe Club Princess - the same restaurants. The hotel is very bad at responding to emails. Reservations cannot be canceled without a penalty. Any information about this hotel would be very helpful.
