In January of this year, we decided to go on a cruise on the Nile. I’ll make a reservation right away: they didn’t regret it, they just wouldn’t have survived 10 days on the beach! The food on the ferry is good, much better than in a hotel in Hurghada. The water in the pool is not heated, so only Russians bathed in it. Of the 200 passengers - we, the Russians, were 8 people. The excursion program is very rich, interesting and informative. They visited tombs, temples, the Aswan dam, a Nubian village, and much more. Separately, it is necessary to stop on a trip to the temple of Abu Simbel. The extra money spent on this trip ($85 per person) is worth it. Buses move 12-15 pieces in a convoy with armed guards, so everything is thought out with the security of the Egyptians. The temple leaves an indelible impression with its monumentality. On the way back, in the desert - mirages. The photos turned out amazing, but they didn’t appear on the video - just sand, so keep that in mind for the future. Last three days in Hurghada, hotel "Rotana" 4 *. Meals for three with a stretch. Strong wind, reed fences on the beach from the wind, only they saved, and the water in the sea is plus 20, but the wind is icy.
