Good day!
Stayed at this hotel with my husband and 2 children. Reviews were good, water park, pools and plenty of food and we chose this hotel.
The hotel was settled quickly, the employee who escorted to the room was very nice and friendly, in my opinion Akhmat was his name, but this is not accurate.
We were seated quickly. What can I say, the room is tired, but spacious, everything is working, there is a kettle and a safe. Towels were only for two, towels for children had to be asked at the reception.
The territory is beautiful, everything is old, but well-groomed. They try to keep it clean and tidy.
A normal water park, but finding a free bun turns into a quest, and if you find it, then you have the right to ride it only once, then you must give it to another person who stands and waits, and the staff takes it from you and carefully monitors this . . nonsense, the first time we meet this.
From the first evening some kind of NIGHTMARE began !!!

The bartenders at the pool bar are rude. And we mostly understood this because we are Russians, because they smiled and joked at other European tourists, and they looked at us like go @ but, pretended not to hear requests to pour something, almost threw in us with these plastic cups with gin and juice from the machine. During our first dinner, the waiter came up to our table (the glasses were in our hands, there were no more plates, because we had already eaten and just watched a music program and drank beer), so he brazenly tore the tablecloth from our table, without explaining anything and went. We called out, asked to explain what was the matter, what kind of rudeness, because we didn’t finish dinner and didn’t plan to leave, how can you pull the tablecloth out from under the nose of the guests ...horror. The iron-faced waiter said he needed to take our tablecloth to the laundry. Only ours, right?
Other foreigners (Germans, Poles) were sitting at neighboring tables, this waiter offered them drinks and flirted. From the first evening we were in shock, similar situations were daily. We bought a ticket for 230 thousand rubles to endure this rudeness??
And the "CHERRY ON THE CAKE" was that on the 4th day, 2 hotel employees knocked on our room in the morning, went in and showed what kind of paper in Egyptian they asked to sign it. We did not understand anything, called the reception, where they explained to us that, allegedly, when cleaning the room, the employee noticed a crack on the mirror of the closet in the hallway and allegedly we broke it and had to pay $ 68 for damage to hotel property. How are you? Of course, we were not going to pay anything. They didn't break anything.
Used to leaving the hotel, they marinated us for about an hour, threatening that we would be late for the flight if we didn’t pay for the mirror (which we didn’t break), then they even offered us a discount, but we were determined and after a while they let us go. Treash.
About food. There is a lot of it, everything is delicious.
The waiter MAHMUD from the Bella Italia restaurant is also rude, looking at you with such contempt.
How can you invite tourists to your country and treat them like that, and not to everyone, but to Russians.
The hotel is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

We were in Egypt for the first time and will not go there again. We have something to compare with, we rested in Thailand, Bali, the Philippines, etc. , and there has never even been anything like this anywhere - everyone is friendly and kind, as it should be when guests come to you.
