In general, he made a smart look, looked at the screen for 2 minutes where nothing had changed, he also didn’t move the mouse and then turned to us and said that there was a good room for 4 euros a day. I said that now I don’t have such an amount on hand, I can pay when leaving. to which he put his finger to his lips and, as if showing us that we need to speak quietly, and said "well, you can give 10 now and then you don't have to pay anything. " I also replied that I did not have such small amounts withdrawn. It's okay, they figured it out, I didn't pay anything, but he gave us a number that was "better".
After he told us where everything was, the porter almost took away our things, to whom we said that we did not want help, since we ourselves were able to convey everything and reach here quickly. Looking at us, he took away things, put them on his gurney and hung them. But! when we reached the stairs, he gave part of the things to his spouse, part of the things to his eldest 6-year-old daughter, and took the suitcase himself, which we could carry ourselves. He brought and waited for payment from us for what we did not ask him to do and in general tried in every possible way to fight him off. Then there was the situation with the safe. according to the instructions that lie in their room next to this safe, it was necessary to press the red button and then enter 4 numbers and the letter A. we did just that, but nothing worked for us. and the documents are already in the safe. I called the master on the phone. he came and started telling us that we need to press the red button, press 4 numbers and enter the letter B.
I say, why do you then have the letter A written in the info and show him this paper. To which he, showing us with all his appearance that he needs a fee, will not say much and in general he will not leave until he pays. To say I was shocked is an understatement. having paid him, he said "oh, yes, this is not from this safe at all, from another. " then the husband asked, “Maybe it’s worth replacing this sheet with the correct one so that no one else makes such mistakes? ” And to this question, he began to hurriedly leave, saying something in Arabic. you can assume anything that he said, but clearly by intonation there was dissatisfaction like "I will not replace anything. " this is about the first day. about food, I also want to note that the cooks there cook a lot of different things in appearance, but in taste, due to the fact that they add the same seasonings, the food seems monotonous. it just changes the image in front of your eyes. The only good thing is the desserts.

Here, their pastries are simply gorgeous, here I will even only praise them, because I have never tried anything like this anywhere. it was really delicious!
The attitude of the staff in the restaurant: if you didn’t pay them, then for the first 3 days they may still smile sweetly and remove plates from the table, but in the next days they won’t even come to you, let alone smile, even though you yourself smile at them . They will only come up to ask "how long are you going to sit here? " to make room for those people who paid them. The water was very cold, even at the water park in the kids pool. The child wanted to go swimming and having gone into the water for 5 minutes, she came out all blue and shaking from the cold. there is no heating in the water park, and I’ll tell you in advance - we didn’t go swimming there for a week that we were in this hotel, because when we arrive, the water is terribly cold there.
one day it was only warm, but then we didn’t go because we got food poisoning in the hotel. yes, even eating only at the hotel managed to get poisoned by their food. also if you wanted to swim in warm water, then they have a small area in front of the lobby. one could swim there. minus - there are always a lot of people there, it is impossible to take a couch, there are volleyball and some other events in the water, and during this it is impossible to be there, because there is really little space. the rest of the pool around the Manhattan bar is just icy. only hardened ones sailed there, of which there were very few, you can count everyone on your finger for 7 days.
Room service: a man came to clean up, after cleaning it was only clean on the table (children scattered felt-tip pens on the table, he collected them and put them in one pile). But the floor was always dirty. We thought that maybe sand was being brought in from the balcony, so we closed the doors.

but it was not from the balcony, it was just not cleaned as well as we would like. we always had dirty feet and had to wash them constantly, because it was extremely unpleasant to be with dirty feet even on the bed. we had a jamb falling apart in the bathtub, as the plaster lay there untouched for a week, I suppose it still lies there. but he also has a plus - he made beautiful things from towels, constantly replenished the supply of drinking water and brought toilet paper, especially when he was poisoned, he always took out the garbage, removed dirty towels and replaced them with new ones. But also from the minuses of the room itself - the toilet bowl was leaking, the towel hooks were broken, the water did not drain well in the sink, there was a chip in the bath itself and the curtain let water through as if it was made of fabric. the handles of the chest of drawers were broken, the drawers could not be pulled out well, the ottoman for the seat carrying the mirror was generally loose, so it was scary to sit.
The closet, where outerwear was stored, was constantly opened on one side, the refrigerator had a positive temperature. not even +5, but felt even higher because the water was barely cold. the wicker chairs and the table were constantly shaking, we had to put something on them so that they would not wobble so much.
entertainment: there is a team that walks throughout the day and offers something. but if you are not of interest to them in their opinion, then they will not even come to you and will not call you anywhere. in the evenings they had karaoke, and dancing, and an illusion show and all that. but in order for you to come to it, you again need to pay the bartender for a table reservation or sit there and occupy a table for 2 hours. and if there are small children, figs you will borrow something, because they have their own program an hour before the event for adults (children and 19.30, it was half an hour and at 21.00 it was already for adults).
speaking of children's entertainment: children are involved there from the age of 4, but they are very cool. the girls Taya, Tatyana and Natalya are simply gorgeous. they also hold a children's disco at 19.30 after which the children simply pass out. but the main disadvantage of this disco is that when it starts, all smoking parents seem to feel the obligation to smoke a whole pack of cigarettes during these 30 minutes smoking in the direction of the children. I don't know if it's the hotel or the parents' problem.
plus of the hotel: there is a very cool hookah bar on their territory, the service there is just great. I have no complaints about them, tobacco is just a bomb! beautiful view in terms of flowers. gardeners are great fellows! and it's up to you to decide after such a long text whether you should go to this place or not
