Hello everybody! All the same, I decided to write my review about the hotel Arabia. We chose this hotel based on the reviews. In general, the hotel is good. . . except for several circumstances. We arrived at the hotel at 4 am. On the bus, the meeting guide from the tour operator "Pegasus" told us that early check-in is possible for $ 30. We, like normal people, prepared the indicated amount, but the reception did not even listen to us! We sat in the lobby for 7 hours!! ! (and there were also tourists with small children! ) As we found out later, the Germans who arrived at the same time with us were offered a guest room for an hour, where they could change clothes and calmly go to rest on the sea. And at 14 o'clock come and calmly settle in! After 7 hours, they did us a favor by inviting us to check in. When our things were taken to the hotel, we realized that we were being settled in Bel-Ayer 3 * on the 2nd line! Here our patience came to an end, and we (and we were 7 people from one flight) literally threw a scandal. They demanded a hotel guide "Pegasus" and a manager. When the hotel manager came, it was enough to say a few words to the administrator and we were settled in the rooms that we wanted at the Arabia Hotel. But the sediment still remained. . . The hotel staff practically does not speak Russian! Why sell vouchers to your hotel to Russian tourists if you can't communicate with them! Accept only Germans! After all, they invite you to visit! What kind of hospitality is this if they cannot communicate with their guests? ! The service leaves much to be desired. The rooms are cleaned so-so. The sheets were not changed until we took off the sheets and threw them on the floor. Even a $1 tip didn't help! There is also a problem with hot water in the hotel! I met this for the first time! Normal washing is not possible. Cold water almost always comes out of the tap! I washed my hair with hot water - lucky! The rooms are normal, large, but far from super! Waiters with drinks also do not scatter much. Still in the hotel boredom! Animation is just not there! No water aerobics, no fun on the beach or in the pool. That "animation" that was in the evening was only in German! All our entertainment in the evening consisted only of trips to the city and feeding the fish in the Marina. The truth is that the hotel is also not enough good. First, food. In restaurants, and I think there are 5 or 6 of them, there are almost never queues. Breakfast, of course, is so-so, but this is everywhere in Egypt, but lunch and dinner are just super! The menu is quite varied. Especially meat and fish! Believe me, this is not the case in all hotels. Although vegetables and fruits are not enough. Candlelight dinner by the pool with live music is also great! Very convenient restaurant on the marina. But the most important thing is the reef at the hotel! The one that goes towards the Sunny Days el Palacio hotel. There is an amazing underwater world! And in general, there are many beaches in the hotel, for every taste! And for those who like to see something underwater and for those who do not need it. We were driving from behind the sea and the reef, so, despite all the minuses, we still liked it! Hotel for passive recreation. Come, swim in the sea and go to sleep. If not for excursions, then such a vacation would quickly become boring.
