We went from Intourist. They settled right away, they gave me a room in building B, although I indicated in the notes that I wanted A, but they did not regret it for a minute - building B even looks somehow newer. The view from the balcony is amazing )))) to the large pool and the sea. Twice they left 5 pounds for the cleaners - they found swans, flowers and even a crocodile on the beds. Towels are changed daily, even if you don't throw it on the floor. Bed also. By the way, the third bed is a full-size sofa. On the first day, hot water was not so hot - to the guide's question in the morning, "Are you satisfied with everything in the room? " made a remark (not even a complaint, just a wish) about the water bill - the problem was solved right there))) In all restaurants they served quickly, if you order the same drink, then by the third visit the waiters themselves bring drinks without a reminder. The food is quite varied - every day there was a different menu - either exotic cuisine, or national, or fish day, or day of "buffets of the world", etc. Many bars, including near the beaches. We were twice in an Italian la carte restaurant - very tasty pizza, the price tag does not bite - a discount from the bill of 20 pounds per person with the cost of one large pizza from 17 pounds - in fact, you only pay for drinks. The main pool is clean, spacious but cold. The sea is clean, with a good comfortable entry, there are a lot of sunbeds. Even late to the beach - always found where to stay near the water. The contingent is mostly Germans, but there are also quite a few Russians - mostly families with children.
The staff speaks a little Russian, fluent in English and German - they did not feel a language barrier, they communicated freely. Always "Good afternoon", "How are you? ", "Cheers" - and from the most recent palm waterer to the administrator, and always with a smile.
The territory is clean, well-groomed. Leaving somehow early in the morning (we were leaving on an excursion), we noticed that the tiles in the yard, on the paths, near the pool were washed with shampoo.

The animation is really weak, but we were not interested in it - there was something to do without it.

What sometimes caused some inconvenience was the behavior of some compatriots in the style of "Hey, you, son... I'm cool here, and you're a redneck"....although the redneck at the same time looked like just the same Russian...
