We went to this hotel with my husband, a child of 8 years old and a small one of 1 year old from April 30 to May 10.2011. We read the reviews before leaving and were simply shocked. Therefore, I am writing the most truthful review, until the impressions have cooled down. Location The hotel is located 20 min. drive from the airport. The territory is huge. The whole complex consists of 7 hotels: Sapphire, Club, Paradis, Diamond, Emerald, Almaz and some other, but it is far away and we have never been there, as in Sapphire. All the rest we went around personally, so that there was something to compare with. Almaz is the newest hotel right on the seashore, but it is not yet fully operational: it does not have its own pool and restaurant. The quietest, 90% of the rooms with sea views. "Emerald" - 2 pools surrounded by a body in the form of the letter "P". Quiet, close to the sea. Main restaurant, English a la carte. The Club is the very first hotel at the entrance to the Golden Fife complex. In my opinion, it is simpler, mostly guests from Ukraine rest. Private pool is small, the restaurant is basic, Barbecue a la carte. To the sea 800 meters. "Diamond" - To the sea 400 meters, near the water park. The nicest bungalow rooms. "Paradise" - once it was the most luxurious hotel, the interior is made under the "Titanic", but it is very old: shabby furniture, old TVs (not plasma), but everything in the room worked. We arrived at 13.00, and check-in at 14.00. We were settled immediately, we didn’t like the room on the first floor and we were transferred to the 4th floor without any problems. There are no insects, but mosquitoes bit the little one, although they took a fumigator. View from the window to the singing fountains. This is just a fantastically beautiful spectacle that takes place every day from 21.00 to 21.30. Super. The hotel has the most restaurants: the main one, Russian a la carte, German and some oriental, billiards bar and piano bar, there is a paid bar. The largest swimming pool with a bar. In other matters, each pool has its own bar. For small children There is nothing for small children, especially if the child is allergic, like ours. There are cereals with milk for breakfast and empty rice. We brought everything with us (instant cereals, meat and fruit purees, curds). A 5-minute taxi ride for $2-3 is a huge hypermarket where you can buy diapers and baby food. There is nothing like that in the hotel. We traveled with a stroller. Elevator periodically broke down and had to carry a stroller on his hands. Restaurants have at most 3 children's chairs. In Paradise, there is generally one children's chair for the entire restaurant. Animation Entertainment I rested with a small child, so I can not fully appreciate the animation, but the guys are working. Constantly aqua aerobics, taibo, yoga, belly dancing. In the evenings there are discos in Paradise, foam parties, national shows, beach parties, karaoke in the piano bar, live music. In general, you won't be bored. The beach is very clean, there are always enough sunbeds. There are 2 bars on the beach: a large one and a small one. In a large bar they make pizza right in front of you. There is a playground. For an additional fee, you can ride camels or horses. On the beach they offer boat trips and motto safari, massage. Our guide warned us not to take tours on the beach. But we went from Karam to a boat trip to a paradise island and were very pleased. The guys worked 500%. Masks, snorkels and flippers were given out. On the boat entertained all the way. They fed fish, saw moray eel, Napoleon and much more. By the way, there is 100% insurance, because the guys work from the hotel, and not just from the street. My husband also went from Max to an individual motto safari for two with a guide for $ 35. Loved it at sunset. When they ride in a group, they are not allowed to overtake. People eat in columns and slowly. And they drove as they wanted. Highly recommend. Nutrition The food is average, the dishes cannot be said to be dirty (I didn’t come across with lipstick), but you can’t call the dishes clean either (in drops, stains). The tables are dirty and they give out one napkin each, you will not be interrogated again. We mostly ate at the Diamond restaurant. We went to Russian, German and barbecue a la carte. Nothing special, but not bad. No one has ever been poisoned by anything, although they ate both fish and meat. Aquapark The waterpark is good, the bar bakes amazing donuts with powdered sugar.
