Feedback is NOT positive. It's up to you to decide whether to read or not to read. We traveled in July 2008 with a young man through the NEVA travel agency. They wanted to go to the Hilton, but the travel agency dissuaded them, saying that they might not confirm the Hilton, but “this hotel is just super, we were there, we liked everything. ”
We took our word for it and … let's go. It all started with the fact that the "wonderful" airline VIM-avia delayed our flight for SIX hours. The mood was gone. Upon arrival, I was even more upset by the room (the AL MAS building, which for some reason is considered one of the best in the hotel) - we were settled on the ground floor overlooking the horse paddock. Moreover, the safe did not work (they promised to fix it in “drink a minute! ”, But they didn’t come even after ten days), the shower broke - only the hose remained, the top fell off (they fixed it in two days! ), The bathroom was leaking; the air conditioner was just blowing warm air around the room, and the cooling system wasn't working.
For two days in a row, electricity and water were turned off in the entire hotel, answering that “in a minute everything will work!! ”. Naturally, nothing worked - no bars, no disco. We sat by candlelight and without water.

Bath towels were constantly taken away and returned in the evening or the next day.
The staff are pushy as flies. They will knock on the door until you open the door and bark that there is no need to get out today.
Once we were awakened by a wild knock at five in the morning, repeating for 10 minutes until we opened it. The porter repeated one word: "Excursion! ". We are sleepy and angry, tired of explaining that we were not going on any excursion at five in the morning.
The sea was disappointing - shallow and dirty, cups, pieces of watermelons and other muck floated. To reach the depth, it was necessary to stomp 100 meters. Of the pluses - CORALS, in which beautiful fish swarm.
An artificially made lagoon runs throughout the hotel, which we also noted as a plus. It was very interesting to observe the life of marine reptiles on the way to the room - moray eels, squids, crabs, etc.
As for nutrition, one thing can be said - IT IS POSSIBLE, but everything is monotonous. Once in a while there were crabs, the rest of the time the food is the same every day. Fruits - fodder melons, figs, grapes and apples. Drinks - "yupi" (powdered juices), soda, local alcohol. In some places there was cold hibiscus.
From entertainment, to be honest, I will not note anything. We just didn't notice them. There is some kind of amphitheater on the territory, but it, apparently, does not work.
The friends were nearby, in the new EMERALD building - heaven and earth. Everything worked for them, you go out the door - the pool in which we swam every day. And they paid three thousand rubles more than we did (probably for convenience). Nearby there was an open bar where only Russians hung out - especially in the evenings, people gathered and the DJ started "White Roses" and other Russian pop music.

By the way. We saw a guide from the NEVA travel agency only twice, while representatives of other companies could be found in the hotel lobby. There was not even an information booth! We found out what time and where we were going to the airport from a note that was sent to our room in clumsy Russian.
In general, it is up to you to decide whether to go there or not.
