Impressions from the hotel are not the most rosy. When buying a tour, we expected the best. The room was not quite clean, in the bathroom the entire ceiling was covered in dirty handprints, the carpet on the floor was stained, the furniture was old, the curtains, probably, had never been washed. One night they found a lizard on the ceiling...
In general, the room itself is not bad: large, spacious, huge bed, two balconies, on one of the balconies there is a table and chairs.
I was very pleased with the huge territory and pools - there was where to walk and swim. True, it is far from the sea, but an extra walk never hurts.
The kitchen is not bad - I read the reviews and expected the worst. There was enough food, however, it was a bit specific and there was not much variety. Especially there was a large selection of sweets. We were satisfied with the kitchen.
The attitude of the staff was ok. According to observations: they treat us the way we treat them.

The hotel guide was just great - if anyone goes from the TourTess operator, say hello to Munzef.
I highly recommend the tour "Badaveya" - we rode bugs, ATVs, camels, horses, jeeps - even managed to get fed up. I do not advise a trip to the so-called "Paradise Island" - the island turned out to be hellish, a desert in the middle of the sea, among which there is one palm tree, but it is also artificial.
All in all, it was good.
