Traveled with family, 9 year old child. Before the trip, we chose a hotel for a long time and painfully, stopped at Golden 5, and previously accumulated a lot of negative reviews. So I didn't expect fairy tales. I will describe everything in order:
Tour operator - TezTour, everything went smoothly and quickly, met, taken to hotels, within an hour, maybe less. Our guide was already waiting for us at the hotel, who quickly and in detail explained everything to us, we were immediately placed in our rooms. We did not give any tips for accommodation, we got a room in a bungalow, which I was very happy about, quiet, calm, a garden under the window. A minute later they brought extra. a bed for a child, they asked if everything suits us, and if there are any other wishes. In general, I want to say that the staff there is very polite and attentive. They mostly speak English, which was no problem for us, but many also communicate in Russian, and very well. We were also very lucky with the guide, his name was Ahmed.
He was always there at the right time, from him one could learn a lot of useful and necessary information regarding both the stay at the hotel and the behavior with the Arabs. Many in the reviews complained that they could not find their guide. So: the guide does not sit in the hotel around the clock, he is there at a certain time, you just don’t need to “clap your ears”, but listen carefully to what they say to you ....
The hotel, of course, cannot be compared with European 5 *, but that’s why it is Egypt . . So, I think we were also lucky with the hotel, the territory is huge, you can always find entertainment, we didn’t have to be bored. The rooms were cleaned daily, not super clean, of course, but no matter, there was no dirt. Linen and towels were also changed. The food there is really monotonous, and in the end it didn’t fit anymore. But we didn't have to fight.
We could eat at any hotel, somehow we tried to have breakfast in Al-Mas, we didn’t like it, the dishes seemed not quite clean, the service was not the same as in Paradise, and the atmosphere was not the same, I don’t know, maybe, of course, the mood is not he was, but we did not climb out of our Paradise again.
The obsession of the Arabs was very annoying, it was impossible to pass by the shops. I couldn’t get used to this, which is why I didn’t make any purchases. Bargaining and bazaar is not my element.
