We flew to this hotel via anextour.
There are no complaints about the operator himself, the planes and the crew are just super. Such service, well done guys. Meet - see off at a decent level, the second time we fly with this company and the second time we are satisfied with their service.
There are complaints about the hotel, I will try to tell objectively:
Pros:
- inexpensive (for two 1300 dollars) for seven days;
- large room, air conditioning works fine;
- the animation is wonderful, we were not up to it, we constantly went on excursions, but we constantly and everywhere saw guys who do gymnastics, run, jump, dance - in general, they entertain people. Well done.
- a pleasant beach, a beautiful bottom, a separate path for swimmers without stones and corals.
- nice and cool lobby.
Minuses:
- For seven days, electricity was cut off 40 times (from 10 minutes to an hour). It's very annoying when you sleep.
- Bartenders, a vivid example of Soviet service. Yelling at people, being rude.

Personally, no one was rude to me, but in front of me a woman took two glasses of wine, this weirdo didn’t hear well and then yelled at her because she didn’t say two, but he poured one. And this is not an isolated case. Near the bars, we always saw some problems, proceedings.
- Waiters, if the characteristic smell of sweat wafts past you when you eat. Know - it was the waiter. But what's the point of judging them?
- Dishes, several times poured into dirty glasses. Several times I noticed that I have a dirty fork.
- Bathtub, the whole bathroom is plastered with alabaster, euro plastic is all rotten and leaking on top. The bath itself is scratched. This place is a habitat for ants. Before you go to the toilet, you brush off a couple of ants from the toilet seat and fight back along the way.
- Cleaning, for the entire period of rest we did not change the bed even once. The pillowcase was changed once. With the rest, they simply refueled and smoothed it out - as if they had changed it.
Twice brought dirty towels.
- Half of the fountains are not working. Half of the doors won't open. To get to the dining room, you need to go around the hotel, go into the hall, go up to the second floor, walk along the hotel, go down to the first floor. Although the door to the dining room is closed on the first floor.
- A la carte restaurants. Tin : ). Better don't sign up there. After visiting a fish restaurant, the sand will hold your teeth together all day. Stuffy fish, everything is terribly not tasty.
After visiting a Mediterranean restaurant - poisoned. The cuisine is not Mediterranean there, tomatoes, potatoes - everything is stale. After visiting each of these two restaurants, we went to the main one and ate normally.
In Russian and Asian - did not go. But the reviews are the same.

Outcome:
Last year there were 3 stars in Turkey. Liked.
This year there were 5 stars in Egypt. The level is equal to the Turkish hotel, only this is also bad service.
