Most generally they don’t clean anywhere, they don’t even go into the room. I read reviews that you need to throw dirty towels in the bathroom, so I did it - but they didn’t change them, there was nothing to wipe off with. They called and swore at the reception 4 times, they promised all 4 times, but they did not respond. I had to go to swear, they told us that we hung a sign so that they would not disturb us, then they admitted that they did not have keys to rooms, that is, you need to constantly take the key to the reception, and it was very far from us. No one did the key, although we asked every day that we and the child were far away from them, then we left the key and still no one removed it, the tip remained on the table - no one came in. I had to call with a terrible scandal, spoil my nerves, and they say that they don’t have towels in the evening, then the staff I went there, having already read terrible reviews, but there were also normal ones, I thought that I just needed to tune in positively - but it didn’t work out - terrible unsanitary conditions are everywhere - and in the dining room is the largest, tables are not rubbed, at best napkins are shaken, appliances are placed in the same dirt, you need to look at the chairs when you sit down, as they are constantly dirty.
