Hello everyone, so I decided to write my review and we rested with the bride from 11/5/2011. to 12.11. 2011 Let's start in order:
We arrived in Hurghada at 12.20 pm, after passing through all the queues for obtaining a visa, all passengers, including us of our flight, waited for our luggage for 30 minutes, after receiving it, we went to the bus on which we would be taken to the hotel. They cleaned the room when asked (no one vacuums at home every day), the towel was also changed when you leave it on the floor. They made figures on the beds.
Leaving things, we went to inspect the territory, it is simply huge, though on the outskirts and in the corners there are unfinished houses and garbage, but it did not bother us.
There are several pools on the territory, but everyone mainly used the pool where the water park was, there were 5 slides and it was quite fun.
The sea is wonderful, the beach is completely sandy and the entrance to the sea is also sand, which is very convenient, up to a depth of about 80 meters there are several corals and fish you can see (take masks and flippers with you) Although you can buy it there, the price does not differ from Russia, but more on that later. There were always sun loungers, although wicker umbrellas must be borrowed until 8 am, since the beach is designed for 7 hotels that are part of the Golden City complex (or already 8)
Now about food. As they wrote in the reviews about the poisoning, this did not happen to us, the food was always varied meat, chicken, fish, rice, potatoes, pasta were not hungry. So you can eat and drink all day there are enough bars. From alcohol I drank only beer. I don't know how much you need to drink to get tipsy : )). Take alcohol in the dutik. I think that people get poisoned from a lot of drunk alcohol and not from food. I won’t write much about baking - in short, it’s just a miracle.
In the evening, you can walk around the territory to watch the fountain show, a rather beautiful sight. We did not go to discos (we already had something to do).
We did not go on excursions because of the uneasy situation in Egypt, we only took a yacht excursion to a paradise island. And the advice is not to take a paradise island for the whole day, there is nothing to do there for so much time, it took us an hour to swim there and take pictures, there is very beautiful white sand and the emerald sea.
Now about souvenirs. On site in the shops everything is 5 times more expensive, we went to a fixed price store. It is about a kilometer to go to it. (Get out of the complex and to the right for about 10 minutes walking across the road to the Cleopatra store. ) Magnets from 1 pound to 8 pounds. Papyrus 12 pounds size 20 by 30 cm.
