We have been staying at this hotel since December 7.2013. All liked it.
I'll start in order. They did not settle right away, they sat and waited in the hall for about 1-1.5 hours. but we were told that we could go out to eat and leave our bags by the door. They didn't ask for a tip, but we did.
in the hall there is leather or leatherette furniture, large sofas and armchairs, near each sofa there is a glass table and ashtrays, you can smoke right sitting on the sofa (armchair). Although children are present, there is no smell of smoke at all! A huge beautiful chandelier, glass elevators running back and forth, in general, the interior is wonderful. After checking us into the hotel, we were given special bracelets meaning all inclusive, plastic cards for getting towels and an electronic key and asked not to lose it.

settled in a good room on the 1st floor with access to a green area. All plumbing equipment worked, the room turned out to be normal, rating 4 out of 5. Access to both sides, which is convenient.
From the back of the room there are huge glass doors for the entire length and width, on the terrace there is a wicker table and three wicker chairs (not new, but in excellent condition). The room has two beds, a small TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator-bar (a couple of sprites, a couple of mineral waters for free, a one-time handout), a wardrobe, a table and a chair (the decor will pull on all 3 and a half stars). The bathroom has a bathroom, washbasin, hair dryer, shower, the water was hot and cold (a couple of times I slipped when I got out of the shower, it was very slippery on the floor! ). Every day they changed the bed and cleaned the room, and brought the attached two tiny bars of soap, two bottles of shampoo, towels changed every other day
The staff is friendly, cleaned somewhere every 3 days. In the early days, at 9.30 we went to the hall to take coupons for visiting restaurants (at our discretion), we visited German, mixed, fish, I liked German more.
In the main restaurant, the food is monotonous, boring, but you definitely won’t leave hungry.
Many small bars on the territory, everywhere french fries, hot dogs and all kinds of donuts for free. Beer is non-alcoholic.
The territory of the hotel is large. Near the main entrance, singing fountains every evening are unusually worth seeing. . There is a lush greenery on the territory of the hotel: various trees, bushes, flowers are beautiful, in general, it's nice to just walk along the alleys, please the castle with exotic bright flowers. I really liked that there are several pools (with heating too) of various depths (from 40 cm) for kids and adults, choose the depth you want! Towels are issued by plastic cards (in case of loss of a bracelet or a penalty card). Hammocks are everywhere, if there are no free ones near the pools, you are welcome to the beach, there are also hammocks, worse of course, but still.

animation: every morning for 2-3 hours near the sea, all sorts of dances, gymnastics, outdoor games, there was nothing else for children. There is no fitness center (I did not find it, maybe there is). We did not swim in the pools, because the water was not heated, it was very cold. We swam mostly in the sea.

Nutrition, what I especially liked was the time allotted for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, three hours each for those who do not have time, it’s convenient, and you don’t have to crowd, come back an hour or two later, and eat calmly. The kitchen (buffet) is a great choice, or I’m not just picky, but I liked everything, who missed the first, second ...the tenth pancakes were fried, with any additives, fillers, various eggs. Alcoholic drinks for every taste, and the beer is as if diluted with water! ! !
