If I could put a negative mark, I would put minus infinity! I stayed in this hotel twice: the first time three years ago, then everything was just super! Therefore, this year with friends deliberately went to this hotel. From the former splendor, only the sea, sand and sun remained. Ruin and a semblance of "violent" activity with complete inactivity.
The hotel is located in the city center, but the noise at night does not interfere. Shops nearby. The most accessible is opposite "Cleopatra".
The territory is small, three years ago it was well-groomed. Now dying palm trees, which are watered in the evening with your own, judging by the smell (sorry for the details) organic waste. Well-fed cats roam the territory, who fight for the territory at night and sleep on your chairs if you live on the ground floor (therefore, we remove the towel, swimsuit, swimming trunks for the night! )

About the rooms - a separate song! Dirt! The sheets and pillowcases were stained and rumpled as if they had been chewed on. The towels were once white - now grey-brown. Cleaning (or rather lack thereof) leaves much to be desired. Mosquitoes (three years ago, green plantings were cultivated every evening, now they don’t even remember about it). The refrigerator crackles like a helicopter taking off. TV practically does not show (2 channels work well - Polish and German).
The hotel staff is fluent in Russian only when the hope of a tip looms on the horizon. In other cases, he smiles if you are lucky, or turns his back on you and says in English that he has another task (special service).
The first two days we were saved by the store opposite, where we bought groceries. Not only was there no food in the restaurant, it was served as if the hotel was inhabited not by people, but by pigs. In order to eat, you had to queue up, because being late threatened to leave you hungry (everything was at a minimum), or be left without dishes (it was simply not served), or be left without a place (because only a few tables were set, the rest of the hall was dark and unfurnished). The situation with the work of the restaurant has changed somewhat after the scandal and a written complaint. After that, additional tables and chairs, dishes, tablecloths, even light bulbs were screwed into the lamps, "miraculously" appeared, the menu became a little more diverse.
As for the natural factor - no complaints. The water in the sea is clean, fish, coral islands. Super.
As for the human factor - you need to borrow sunbeds early in the morning (otherwise you will be left without a place), the age of beach towels is prehistoric. It’s unpleasant to take them in your hands, let alone lie on them!
Animators are trying, but they have no experience - it can be seen with the naked eye. The kids are bored. Animation for adults only.
