Well, for starters, I'll go through the description of the hotel on this site.
there is only one restaurant. + lobby bar. the second restaurant is closed. as we were explained before departure at the travel agency: you have the right to visit the a la carte restaurant once during the entire stay for free (included in all inclusive). there was no such restaurant. there was a dining room where we ate and a lobby bar. water aerobics - no! everything else is correct. the pools are not just unheated, but stink of chlorine so that it is simply impossible to be near, let alone swim. though people liked it. Maybe I have a heightened sense of smell. .
now personal impressions:
animation: morning exercises, step aerobics, latin, yoga, beach volleyball, football, darts and bocha only nominally. the first four points are purely symbolic. Personally, I didn't even get tired. somehow boring. but the pensioners liked it.

and in general the impression was that the rest in the hotel is just intended for pensioners. My husband and I are not yet 30.
we were terribly bored. the evening "show" was simply amazing ...that belly dance that a certain group danced for us ...there were bellies, there was no dance! it's good that near the hotel there are very beautiful reefs and awesome fish. that's where they had fun. fins and mask rental 3 euros or 5 dollars per day + deposit from 10 to 30 dollars.
advice to those who are just going there: do not go diving in Hurghada - it's a waste of time! for the sake of two dives of 15-20 minutes each at 8 meters, we were shaking in the bus and languishing in constant expectation of something or someone all day. They picked us up at 7:25 am and brought us back at 6:00 pm. Special thanks to Pegas for this. if you want to go scuba diving, do it with divers from the dive center on site. the reefs next to the beach are very beautiful, in Hurghada it is not a little better, if not worse.
here many write that you should not take vouchers from locals. well, who cares. our favorite pegasus disgustingly organized excursions! ! !
with local faster and cheaper. they offer something on the beach every day. the most important thing is to save time: you do not need to travel along the entire coast of Hurghada and collect vacationers from all the hotels who also came with a Pegasus. you immediately from your hotel go on a tour.
the food was insanely fresh! well, just none! in 7 days there were two evenings when I ate normally: the first time was Egyptian national cuisine, the second - Indian. at the end of the race, just from the smell of the canteens it was sickening ...the fish was constantly, once a week crabs, once mussels. the fish is the same: fried in batter. other ways of preparing fish in this hotel are unknown. The choice of vegetables was huge. Here is where I have fun. I liked it very much. all kinds of salads, stewed, grilled, steamed vegetables. what you want!

there were practically no fruits: sour oranges, even more sour incomprehensible citrus fruits (most likely a mixture of orange and lemon), local melons. The dates and bananas were delicious.
I tried my best to call the place where we ate a restaurant, but it still came up with "canteen". the tables are cleaned badly, constant dirt, crumbs, some leftovers. salt and pepper are not always available, teaspoons are never available (sugar was stirred with a fork), a napkin is given out ONE PER PERSON ! ! ! ! I am very sensitive to the process of eating, because I was almost physically ill from this belam.

at the end of the holiday, the hotel staff very competently bred us for a romantic dinner with seafood. They promised delicious food and excellent service, a romantic atmosphere. there was still no food. I was pleased only with a cold appetizer, in which there was a smoked fish, I only tried the other three dishes and set them aside.
the waiters really tried, the service was good, but there was no smell of a romantic atmosphere! in the lobby the bar was filled with a crazy amount of people, it was terribly noisy, the hubbub of human voices, the sound of plates and appliances! horror! it was a pity spent 40 euros. so, people, if you are offered something like that, do not agree. the same dining room.
if you want to get a good room, do not regret at the reception at the entrance of 10 dollars. just put it in your passport. if you want not just a good room, but also a sea view, then it's already 20 bucks.
Yes! if you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday under the gentle splash of waves and the cries of seagulls, then you are not here! there is construction going on in this hotel and the sounds of working excavators, driving piles and the devil knows what else are constantly heard on the beach!

service at the hotel.
Before this trip I was only in the Crimea. So in Egypt, the service is no better than in his native Ukraine. everything has to wait, everything anyhow.
