Line 1 turned out to be not what many people usually imagine, including us. From the room (4000+) to the beach, where we lived, is 600 meters. On that side (to the right of the lobby) there is no landscaped path to the sea; you have to walk along an abandoned area on the sand. The first few days were stressful, but then we got used to it. There are toilets and showers, close to the beach. The supply of towels is also not far away, it’s great that you don’t have to pick them up for lunch.
The beach is gorgeous, spacious, clean, for any preference, lagoons with sandy shores, open sea with a pontoon. Who is interested in silence, the sound of the surf and wind, the sea (not lagoons), beautiful sunsets behind the mountains, the underwater world, settle on the right side of the lobby, the closest to the sea is the pontoon.
The sea feels clean, without large ebbs and flows, very beautiful, with a color ranging from turquoise to purple. The wind was constantly in one direction, but not strong, it was hot without wind, the temperature was 34-35.
The reef, which is within reach (along the line with the buoys), is 60% dead. I don’t understand those who write that this hotel has the best reef in Hurghada, this is not true, you probably haven’t seen live reefs or you’ve only seen them once. There is a living reef (according to stories) behind the buoys, behind the lagoon in the open sea. We didn’t sail there, it was very far, but excursions were constantly brought there on yachts and boats, it was enviable. Maybe when the hotel had a diving center, you could also get there by boat or boat, but now the center is closed. We took a boat excursion to the outer reef of our hotel, so we were taken in a completely different direction, the money for the excursion was returned, but the day of rest was ruined.
There are a lot of fish, both big and small, and schools; here I saw a crocodile fish for the first time. There are many small and medium-sized gray-blue stingrays, some are quite tame, on the last day one stingray swam around me at a distance of 1 meter, looked at me, waved its “wings, ” cool. Most of the fish are behind the buoys, perpendicular to the right side of the pontoon, it’s shallow there, the water is clear and you can see them well, like in an aquarium. We read in the reviews that there is a pet turtle, but we didn’t see one, it’s a pity.

We took the standard with a garden view. The room is good, not large in size, with a veranda, the main thing is clean, not tattered, apparently after renovation, without mold. There is a large wardrobe and a safe. There are no cosmetics in tubes, only dispensers. Cleaning is normal.
The lighting is semi-dark with several light bulbs, you won’t find anyone who needs bright light, take a light bulb with you.
The TV is a rarity, i. e.
box, there are Ukrainian and Russian-language channels, but they are about nothing, i. e. there is nothing to watch. Maybe it’s good that there is no politics. They turned on a local channel with their songs, but the songs were kind of mournful, although I like Arabic music.
The room has a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, sugar. There is a small refrigerator.
There is not enough summer blanket to cover you at night. The blanket is thick, it's hot under it. It may be normal with the air conditioner on, but we turned off the air conditioner at night.
FOOD.
The assortment is standard for Egypt, rice, pasta, pasta, potatoes, fish, meat, chicken, prepared differently every day. For my taste, it was prepared very tasty, not bland. Lots of salads, very tasty pastries, lots of fruit. The wine is ok.
TERRITORY.
Very large, well-groomed and green center. Praise to the landscape designer and gardener, very beautiful areas with cacti and other plants, flowers and compositions.
But the central alley towards the sea should be planted with trees so that there is shade, like at the beginning of the alley. We walked along this alley from the sea to lunch and from lunch, but at that time the sun was at its zenith and there was no shadow.

Good evening animation, every day a new show, but they start late, after 21.30, in my opinion it’s better to start at 21.00 immediately after the children’s program. I especially liked the music and songs sung by the girl with the African hairstyle. I don’t know about the daytime animation, they weren’t interested.
SHOPPING.
On the territory of the hotel there are only a few shops with the most necessary things for a holiday, many shops are closed.
There are also no shops within walking distance of the hotel; for gifts you have to go either to Hurghada or to the large SENZO MALL shopping center. We went to the Sheraton by taxi for $16 (there, there, and back, 4 hours). A taxi was called at the hotel.

From meat veal and chicken, fish baked in batter with gravy, there was no seafood. Vegetables, many of which then make salads for lunch. I recommend morning puff desserts, I fell in love with them. Also take small vessels with you, even though it’s impossible to take out food in the rules, but the locals did it in plates, napkins, but it was inconvenient for us, and, unfortunately, we didn’t have any bags or anything. And sometimes I just wanted to drink my brought wine in the evening with something tasty.
Excursions from the hotel are not recommended only because of the high cost. On the travel24 website, everything can be purchased three times cheaper and with the same reliability.
By the way, we saw other rooms, since the check-out was at 8 pm, we handed over our things at 12 pm and walked around the territory until 6 pm, since we had to shower later, etc. , we were given the key to the room nearby, it was clearly family , bathroom, etc. , but everything looked shabby, broken, hair dryer did not work, etc.

There is a pier, near a coral reef: the variety of fish is not very large, but there is something to see. Also on stingrays and turtles. The downside is that the garbage from the sea is removed late: at 9 o'clock. Therefore, if we come early to the beach, we have to look for a cleaner place.
There is also a specially equipped nudist beach very close by.

Very clean, the sand on the beach is always combed, watered and compacted, it is very pleasant to walk barefoot.
The staff is at a good level (the hotel is German), the serving of drinks in the restaurant and the cleaning of dirty dishes are instant. An indicative moment - when we returned from Cairo at 12 at night - we were invited to a restaurant for a personal late dinner, beautifully served and deliciously fed. And this is their own initiative.
The food is delicious, varied for lunch and dinner. Delicious cakes, always great tiramisu for lunch.
Alcohol - quite normal keg beer (sometimes Stella is poured from cans on the beach), ordinary wine, but not diluted, simple mixtures such as gin and tonic (tonic - Sweppes) and rum-cola are quite tasty, without consequences. Coffee lovers - order a cappuccino, they will make it delicious at the bar. Just coffee - pour a burda. Juices - as usual, chemistry, but there is always a delicious hibiscus (called hibiscus juice). The quality of the cocktails varies greatly from bar to bar, the lobby is the best.
In the lobby you will find guest relations Natalia - she will solve all problems, including a free replacement of the room with the best one and wishes for the menu. Shops on the territory are adequate, you can actively bargain and calmly get a good price. Fresh and windsurfing training - we recommend. Bargain - it's realistic to bring down the price by half, up to a dollar for fresh.
In general, the hotel fell in love with itself, like many others who return here many times.

Good hotel: nice staff, good coral reef, delicious food, clean room. It is very important for me that it is clean and here, thank God, it is normal both in the room, and in the restaurant, and on the territory. We chose hotels because there is a very beautiful, large beach and it is always clean. But in the hotel itself there was only once a disco for all the time, you can come to the hotel and take a break from the bullshit. I have only positive moments, if you go only there.
