We have stayed in this hotel about 12 times already. Every time it gets worse and worse. We return to this hotel only because there is a sandy beach for small children, a good entrance to the sea. The rooms are not updated, the food gets worse every year. Since we are not particularly picky, we do not pay much attention to food. . but I cannot fail to note that this time there was very little fruit, almost none. This time we even went to the curator, this is a Russian-speaking manager, thanks to her all issues were resolved. The rooms are old, the service wants better, the territory is very large, but it is bare. There are three beaches, you can jump from the pontoon, or rather see the fish, a separate nudist beach aside and a children's beach. This hotel is popular with people with disabilities, as the rooms are one-story and there are ramps. In general, Egypt is like Egypt. This hotel used to be better, there was a different owner, the staff was more attentive, now it's so-so. . We told the children to learn to swim and dive faster, so that we would not return to this hotel : )) The hotel is located away from shops, markets, restaurants, it "leaves" due to the fact that there is a good children's beach and that's it. The hotel also has non-intrusive children's animation. We did not like the guide at the hotel, since we are not the first time in Egypt, we are used to their divorces, intimidation and so on. The guide who accompanied us from the airport to the hotel was good. He told something about Egypt, it was interesting and informative.
