Flight:
The round-trip flight was without any complaints at all, at the DMD at the reception they offered to choose the seats themselves, the child was without a seat, but since the plane was not 100% full, the child was given a seat and we (5 adults) were put all together in the same row.
Check in:
We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and after about a minute. 10 we got the keys to our rooms. We booked 3 standard rooms, invested $10 per room in our passports and asked for 3 rooms side by side. So they settled us, they gave us 3 rooms side by side. The location of the rooms is just wonderful - next to the restaurant and the large pool.
Number:

The room was large with 2 double beds and a sofa. 20 minutes after check-in, they brought us a crib, the playpen turned out to be a crib (very low), so the child slept with us. They wrote a lot about ants in the room, little ones crawled to us several times, but due to the fact that there were children's cookies on the table, they put everything edible in the refrigerator and the ants did not bother us anymore. Furniture and plumbing, it is clear that not the first freshness, but everything worked properly. Problems arose only with the air conditioner - it was possible to turn it on in the cold and everything was ok, but we were with a small child, so we didn’t turn it on to cold air, and at night it was very stuffy. As a result, we found a comfortable temperature in the warm mode and slept without problems.
Territory:
The territory of the hotel is planted with greenery only near the reception and the restaurant, in other places with greenery is poor. There is a huge area between the sea view rooms and the sea, which is not planted with anything, just sand. I was surprised by the main road to the beach, tiled, which was all broken and it was very uncomfortable to walk with a stroller.
Service:
Good service there. One piece of advice: Be polite, smile more often, and people will reach out to you! On the beach, in the lobby and in the evening bar, my husband was given several glasses in his hands without any problems. In a restaurant, they almost always sat down at the same table, gave a dollar to the waiter at dinner, and before we had time to come, our drinks were already on the table. If some devices were not available, they asked for them and they immediately brought them to us. Usually the problems were with teaspoons. They cleaned the room every day - changed towels, shook out rugs, made the bed.
Nutrition:
I don’t understand those people who write that this hotel has terrible food, I wonder if the best chefs in Italy cook for them at home?

The food was good, especially the fish. Every day chicken, fish and sometimes beef. From the side dishes, rice, steamed vegetables, potatoes (every day different - mashed potatoes, fries, rustic, just pieces in sour cream). For my taste, only mashed potatoes and fries were successful, the rest of the potatoes were damp. There were also pasta, it could be simple, it could be with tomatoes, cheese and onions. There was also beans in all kinds, and every day they made something extra - for example, ravioli, quesadillas, kebabs, etc. A couple of times there were delicious squids. The soups are delicious. For breakfast, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, pancakes, I didn’t like cereal, sausage, cheese, toast, a variety of pastries. Fruit, yes, not enough, but there was already not enough space for them) They gave dates, oranges, bananas, in recent days there was a melon all the time. Lots of sweets and everything is delicious. As for the queues, in the first days there were no queues at all, and then there was a massive check-in and you had to stand in line, but what pleased you was breakfast, lunch and dinner lasted 3 hours and you could always come at a time when no one was there. If something ran out, which often happened with chicken and fish, cucumbers and tomatoes, everything was brought back very quickly. Alcohol is standard for Egypt - gin, whiskey, rum, beer, local vodka, for lunch and dinner - white and red wine, I was pleased that beer is poured in front of you from a can, as well as cola and sprite - all from bottles.
Beach:
There are many beaches and for every taste, but there is no pure sand, there is sand mixed with small pebbles. The lagoons are unclear, but ideal for swimming for children and those who cannot swim. But if you swim from the bridge, then here is a real clean sea, fish and beautiful reefs! The reef is especially beautiful, which is on the right after 3-4 pm, the sun illuminates it and it shimmers with all colors. There were always enough sunbeds and umbrellas! They also always cleaned, a boy with a rake constantly walked around. If there was garbage, then in the late afternoon, these are cups and bags that the vacationers themselves sketched.
Well, a few words about animation. Yes, the guys are trying, but in the evening there is practically no animation, either they show dancing or live music. Once there was a show with snakes. But they do a great job with the kids, there is a children's disco, but for some reason it is sometimes carried out very late. All the kids loved to dance!
In general, summing up the rest, I will say that we really liked it! If you do not go in cycles in trifles, then the rest was just wonderful! Great hotel for its price range!
