Rested from 10/31/15 to 11/14/15, a family with a child of 6 years. We arrived at 16:00, filled out the questionnaires and already at 16:20 settled in a standard room in building 6 on the 3rd floor, which we did not like - an uncomfortable room due to an uneven ceiling, since the 3rd floor. Immediately changed to building 1.2nd floor, room 1707, as for me the best accommodation for people with children (50 meters to the playground, less than 100 meters to restaurants, 350 meters to the sea).
There was a router in the room, it caught 2 Wi-fi networks, the speed was excellent, there were no problems with Skype even at rush hour, at night I downloaded movies from torrents to the tablet at a speed of about 250-500 kbps. The mini bar is free, every day they brought cola fanta and 3 bottles of plain water. Cleaning is excellent, all the time they cleaned at the same time from 1.00 to 1.00, when all the people are on the beach, so the cleaner was never even seen. There were a lot of mosquitoes (in the nearby Desert Rose hotel, a car periodically drove by and poisoned them, but in our hotel the staff was too lazy to do this), in each room there is an anti-mosquito aerosol can (which composition is 50% kerosene, 40% some kind of gas, 10% fragrance), it does not kill mosquitoes, but only puts them to sleep for 4-6 hours. We turned to the reception and gave a raptor and we forgot about mosquitoes.
There are many restaurants on site, all without prior reservation and all buffet. Most of all I liked the Italian restaurant, in which there is a wide variety and abundance of food and not simple, but very tasty. I really liked the service in this restaurant, before having time to sit down, the waiter comes up and instantly brings drinks and alcohol, which he periodically walks and pours (1 waiter for 6-7 tables).

A lake passes through the territory of the hotel, along which 2 boats are towed, and people are taken to the beach. On foot to the sea from the most distant buildings 1 and 6, about 5-7 minutes walk, by boat 4-5 minutes.
The beach is big, there are a lot of sunbeds. The first line is occupied until 7 in the morning, while some then do not come until the very evening, they come after 8 and calmly occupy the second line. Around 11 approximately 75% of all sunbeds on the beach were occupied. At 12-13, everyone leaves for lunch en masse, half of the sunbeds are freed. The hotel's beach without corals and fish (there is a net 20 meters from the shore), even if you go to the spit with masks, there are not very many fish.
Many vacationers from Germany and other European countries. But there are also many from Russia (which, due to the crash of the plane, decreased every day). At the end of the holiday there were mostly only Germans and Ukrainians. Most of the staff treat everyone the same.
In general, I liked the hotel, the animation was a little let down by the fact that it was repeated from week to week and poor placement (at the edge of the hotel, near building 6) of the children's club.
