We rested in Dana Beach with a family from January 6 to January 16. Egypt 2 times. Tour operator TEZ-TOUR - well done as always, everything is organized at the highest level - meeting, transfer, assistance with settlement. The guides are great - they work out the money for excursions to the fullest. The hotel is simply gorgeous, large area, artificial river, magnificent sea. Food is in order, you can eat in 4 restaurants, and most importantly, you don’t need to pre-register anywhere. The food is delicious, varied, a lot of pastries, but not enough fruit. With drinks, too, everything is fine - in every restaurant there are many waiters. Drinks, wines or something else to drink are brought by the waiters right to the table, you don't have to go anywhere, as happens in other hotels. Dirty plates are removed from the table instantly, you don’t have time to follow, and the drinks are topped up only when the glass is empty. In the bars on the beach and near the pool, drinks are served in glass glasses, and not in plastic, as is often the case. During our entire stay, no one got poisoned, and no one was drawn to the toilet. And for those who get poisoned, I just advise you to brush your teeth not with tap water, but from bottles - you can take at least 10 bottles of it everywhere. The attitude of the staff is excellent to all guests, regardless of nationality - although the bulk of the holidaymakers are Germans. There is no language barrier, at the very least almost all the staff understand Russian. There are about 20% of Russians, mostly Germans, of course, because the hotel belongs to a German, so neither drunken faces nor Russian obscenities, which of course pleased us, we did not see or hear. When checking in, they gave money, and immediately gave a two-room suite in the middle of the territory with a good view and near the heated pool. Cleaned well, every day they put 1 dollar. But they didn’t knit swans from towels, they probably don’t know how. In the hotel, all the furniture is not new, but not shabby, as some tourists describe. But this is not reflected in the rest, as you spend little time in the room. On the last evening, they forgot to close the safe and went for a walk to Hurghada, and there were money, passports, tickets in the safe. Upon returning, when they saw it, they almost went crazy, but nothing was missing - although in our absence they went to replenish the minibar. By the way, the minibar in the room is free of charge and replenished every day. The territory is large, 2 heated pools plus a long beach - so that the sunbeds do not need to borrow in the morning. The animation is almost all in German, but we didn't need it. Opposite the hotel there are many shopping shops and all souvenirs can be bought here and not go anywhere (although the airport has a normal duty free and you can buy goods there). All excursions were taken in TEZ-TOUR, it's safer - although they say that in the city you can take them cheaper. I really liked the excursion to Luxor - the guide was excellent, almost the entire excursion did not stop. I also liked the trip to the TITANIK water park - the slides there are magnificent. 15 slides for adults and no queue. Well, diving in diving is simply unforgettable - the instructors are Russian, they explained everything coolly and there were no problems for this. In general, the whole holiday was excellent. I believe that this hotel deserves its 5 Egyptian stars 100%.
