We rested from 16.07. 2019. We flew to the norm, not counting the 12-hour delay in the departure of the Sky Up airline. Greeted well, seated quickly. We were 3 families, we asked for 3 rooms next to each other, as the hotel was filled with rooms given in different buildings. In the morning they gave rooms in the same building without additional payment and tips. The territory is large, well-groomed, green and very beautiful. The highlight of the territory is an artificial canal through which boats constantly ply. At night it is beautifully lit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but require renovation and updating for this level of hotel. The air conditioner is noisy like a Boeing 747. Cleaning of the room is normal. The staff is friendly, responsive. Rating 10 out of 10. The hotel is 80% filled with Germans, but they did not have privileges, the attitude of the staff towards everyone is the same. As far as nutrition is concerned, this is top notch. Lots of food. The food is varied. Many restaurants - the food is not repeated. The abundance of bottled beer and wine in ice buckets in restaurants and on the beach was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I wanted was a feeling of hunger, but it didn't work. Liked the local rum. Portions were poured not for children. You order 2 rums, they bring 3 and smile. Rating 10 out of 10. The only thing that gave a sediment is the guide Join Up Muhamed. There was a meeting in the morning, when he found out that we were not buying excursions (we had already been everywhere) but just wanted to relax, he took his head and was speechless. Dropped off right there. We didn't see him again. There was not even information at the Join Up stand about the time of departure (this is his direct responsibility, he receives money for this), we called the travel agency in Kyiv and found out. And the hotel is great! I recommend to everyone!
