To begin with, we have been to many places in Europe, but due to quarantine this year we went to Egypt. We booked another hotel back in February for May, but the flight did not take place and we booked again for September))) Two adults and three children (13.7, 1 years old) rested as a family. Since they paid decent money in advance, when they communicated with vacationers in the process, they traveled for a penny, especially from Ukraine.
Arriving in Egypt, of course, the impression of unsanitary conditions was already created, but somehow I didn’t want to think about it))) Having arrived at the hotel at 6 in the morning, they collected our passports and left us to wait (the wait was endless, since both did not sleep the night with the child). Having settled everyone, the turn came to us by 11 o’clock, when we were already sleeping right in the chairs and didn’t care about the covid (and they don’t care about it) we were surprised by the superior room (you can’t get up for a photo), we were very tired and exhausted that we just went and fell asleep, then as they looked around in the evening (there was no cleaning) - the room was dirty, shabby, the linen was shabby, the curtains were black, the hair was lying on the floor and on the bed, there are all confirming photos), they asked the cleaner to clean it, well, then it began - cleaning in a day and in general I don’t understand yours))) I had to take a rag, cat. I brought it from Minsk, with laundry soap and to wash the floors (the child is the same). Already after when we wrote a complaint to the tour operator, the hotel replied that we were offered two rooms to choose from and after much deliberation, we agreed to this one! Then the room was cleaned every other day (the concept of the hotel was answered at the reception). Even in this hotel, small lizards crawl along the walls of the hotel and crawled into our room (it was a safari with a cleaner's mop), it turned out they are poisonous !!!!
On the second day, the eldest child and I were poisoned (they called us on insurance that they would not invite a doctor, but only take them to the hospital), but I have two more children, so I had to be treated with my own medicines and go on a diet)))

On the same day, everyone informed their travel agency, they told the tour operator, those to the hotel, the answer came in the middle of the rest. There was no cleaning every day, there was no bath accessories, and they didn’t even bring water that day!
And only two days before departure, they called us and offered another room!!!
Naturally, we did not move, because we no longer began to waste half a day)
The food was not bad in some restaurants, and in some it was simply impossible to eat (but when you come in your arms with a child and ask for a bird, and they put two pieces on a plate and two more pieces on a plate - excuse me !!! ). I don’t want to offend anyone, but what can you eat during the year so that it seems like a fairy tale here, maybe before quarantine, yes, but not now !!!
The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well-groomed, the gardeners carefully monitor it, the hotel is clean, but the street goes outside the hotel, dirt and horror, as soon as they come down from the mountains, they sit on the Cartans and cling to hands to buy something. On the beach there is even a photo of how the waiters play phones on chairs, instead of serving vacationers, but we are not proud ourselves, we can get to the bar, and there is pandemonium) the beach itself is not bad and there is a very good entrance for children, the only thing that saved! Well, we arrived at the sea, and not at the hotel!

They smile forcedly, only the Castello bar where the guys are really sincere, they made good cocktails!
There were also curiosities - the older child was put on a red bracelet upon arrival, so I had to go for a passport to change it to yellow, since this is still a child, and the attitude of young Egyptians is like an adult! And the average child lost the bracelet, so they turned to the guide to issue a new one, it took a very long time to figure out where this child could lose the bracelet)))

The animation was in the form of singers singing for a couple of hours on the stage of a restaurant, where everyone gathers and what kind of covid and measures for its non-proliferation are we talking about))) There was no animation for the children, only swings and slides were saved, where again all the children of the hotel gathered in the evening!!!
In general, they are not satisfied with the rest, as they arrived in Crimea in Soviet times !!!
Wrote a complaint to the tour operator. The hotel is a complete lie, in principle, they did not expect anything else, since the Egyptians, starting from the guide and from the excursions, lie constantly, looking into your eyes!
And in another country, namely in Egypt, you are nobody, keep your claims to yourself! And of course, if for the price, cat. Ukrainians paid, you can go and not expect anything, then we, from Belarus, a more or less decent person, have nothing to do there !! !
