This is our second time in Egypt. The first time were in charm. The hotel there was the same 4*. There is something to compare.
Chose the hotel on the recommendation of a travel agent and the price of course. We understood that we were taking a fairly inexpensive four, with an old number of rooms, but we didn’t expect what would happen.
1. Check-in - our flight was unscheduled and as a result of the morning check-in we got a night one. We were somehow met at the reception, quickly handed out the keys (not electronic, which immediately surprised me), loaded the suitcases into the cart for the porter and sent us on our way to the room. The territory of the hotel is large, quite beautiful. But while we got from the reception to the room, we were a little stunned at how far we would need to walk from day to day to the main "restaurant". In short, as we found out in the morning, they tried to give us the rooms of the Jasmine Hotel, which is located next door and is not functioning now. Aladin's rooms were full. Nooo, we had a reservation for Aladdin, but the hotel staff thought that such a room would suit these picky "Slavs". The room was in a terrible state, the repair of the 90s is still probably. The bathroom is meter by meter, like the room itself. In general, tin. At the reception we asked for a change of room, we were told that now they are not. ?? ? They were waiting for us in the morning, but no numbers... interesting. In general, at first we tried for good, talked, then offered money, then we started arguing... and the time was approaching 04:00 in the morning... we did not have a number. No mood. The employees rested with a horn that there were no rooms. We were not alone so indignant, 3 more pairs of our friends in misfortune who were given numbers of jasmine in a terrible state. As a result, we finished off the employee who worked that night at the reception or gave a new room, though with 2 separate beds ???? ? As a result, by 6 in the morning we got to our room. The night is ruined, the next day, respectively. Well, as if the impression of the hotel is not particularly.

2. The territory is really cool, everything is clean, beautiful, green lawns, tall palm trees, flowers, well, in general, like in Egypt, what’s that, and their hotel territories are cool.
3. Food - again a separate topic that can be described - "tired already on the second day. " I won't go into too much detail because there's nothing to write about.
4. The sea is very cool. During our holiday it was hot, the sea was warm as fresh milk. The entrance to Jasmine Beach is very gentle, sand. There are a few pebbles on the Aladdin beach, but this did not bother us, since we could quickly get to the “depth”. Fish live near the piers on the beach, it is very interesting to swim with a mask. Not a charm - but still cool))
5. The general impression of the hotel for those who do not have time to read the entire text: the hotel is NOT worth the money, we will not go again and will not recommend to acquaintances / friends. For the same price, you can relax in another hotel where the price-quality ratio will be higher. As in our case with Charm, everything was much better there! Although also 4 *. And the money came out even less. The husband said that next time we are going only to 5 *, not to Egypt, and the price is at least 1 ton of dollars ??? ? what a person was brought to in this hotel. Now psychological trauma??? ?
