After reading the reviews, I was afraid to go, I expected hunger, thirst, spitting in the face from the staff... ))) I hasten to assure you that there was nothing like that) They settled us in the building, on the second floor, as requested, so it's nonsense that they settle there only foreigners. The second floor was chosen for reasons that there would be less living creatures and were not mistaken, we saw only a couple of ants, only on the last evening they forgot to close the balcony and as a result we were met in the room by a giant cockroach... ) First, they rushed out of the room with a screech, then decided to return and deal with him, (you need to sleep somewhere), the massacre was long, only from the fourth blow with a massive slipper did he still give up his breath)))
On the first day we met the cleaner and on the same day he laid out a heart for me on the bed of flower petals and inside my name in Arabic, it was nice)) There were no problems with cleaning, everything was on time and unobtrusively... heart))
The menu in the restaurant (well, or the dining room, as you like) is quite diverse, and we are not picky, we were not hungry for sure. Coffee (as, indeed, all dishes) was hot and on time)) By the way, no one drove around the hall from table to table, either they sat down themselves, or they politely showed us where it was free, so no problem.

Boat trips were ordered at the Red Sea Star Aquatic Center on Jasmine Beach near Hassan, everything is just super! The daughter of a dolphin managed to touch, the delight was wild!
Not to say that I noticed a special preference for the Germans on the part of the staff... except that there was one waiter there (we called him Celentano), who served and amused them exclusively, did not even look in the direction of the Russians. We suggested that perhaps he had problems with one of the Russians and he harbored a grudge against everyone... ))
There were no problems with sunbeds and mattresses, as soon as they came to the beach, they immediately dragged us a mattress... although it just might have been just a personal sympathy of the beach worker, because. one granny complained that she had to carry mattresses exclusively by herself (I'm talking about Jasmine Beach).
The animation is excellent, we especially liked the English boy, such a cutie... )) The children did not get bored, they went to the kids club, to ping-pong, to children's (and adults) discos... for children it's just a paradise...
I will recommend the hotel to friends and relatives, everything is fine!
