Stayed here as a family of four with two kids. They settled quickly, but the room had 3 beds, and the fourth one was asked for a day. Until they gave baksheesh, they only heard "that minutes")) In addition, the safe was closed in the room, and for three I had to walk around and ask someone to come and open it. The answers are similar: yes, yes, they will come now. When they finally arrived, it turned out that the safe did not work at all. I had to keep the documents in the safe at the reception. The room was given a normal, clean, on the second floor in a building near the entrance. Close to the water park, but far from the beach and pools. It is cool in January, so they turned on the air conditioning for heating, but it is quite noisy.
They cleaned well, though they didn’t make swans, but it didn’t bother me at all))
The food was also good, in my opinion. There were always plenty of vegetables, including fresh ones. Potatoes, rice, couscous of your choice. Less meat and fish. Lots of variety of sweets and pastries. Good oranges, dates, apples, melon, some strawberries (in dessert decorations). For breakfast, you can choose cereal or chocolate balls and pour milk. The only negative of the restaurant is poorly washed dishes. An unwashed layer was directly felt in the hands, and if you smell it, then the smell. And from the kitchen you could catch an unpleasant smell. Similarly - spoons, forks and even glasses. True, we have not been seriously poisoned even once. But the impression is so-so. In addition, you sit in the restaurant for drinks, you wait, you wait - it would be better if you went yourself! they didn’t always let you take it yourself : ( Things were much better in the restaurant on the beach: the dishes are cleaner and the order is brought quickly. The assortment is smaller there than in the main restaurant, but you can also dine. And in the Mongolian a la carte restaurant - everything is fine: clean, fast, delicious

There are three beaches. We went to Jasmine, there is sand, there are large stones and beautiful fish near the pier. We fed them bread, the children really liked it. There is also a sunken boat not far from the shore - it is interesting to swim in a mask. In January, you can’t swim in the sea for a long time, so the children squished in the heated pool. They gave the ball there for a while and put up a goal for playing polo. It was fun!
There are also cages with monkeys on the territory, the children will like it.
On the first day we were sent on a sightseeing tour (included in the price). But the whole excursion consisted of a trip to the embankment, where they showed restaurants and someone's yachts, a trip to the mosque (women were dressed in hijabs) and a trip to Nefertiti's shop and a souvenir shop. If anyone is interested, I can write more about it.
We didn’t go on excursions anymore, but we went on foot to the Senzo Mall shopping center on our own. They bought mangoes and shrimp (delicious! ), as well as medicines in a pharmacy (cheaper than in Kyiv! )
In general, we are satisfied with the trip, although it was a bit cold. Next time we will look for another hotel based on reviews.
