Hello! We rested in Aladdin at the end of July with friends. In general, I never wrote reviews about hotels, but I decided to write about this one, because. this thought overtook me after a few days of being there. I’ll make a reservation right away, I first read the entire first page with reviews and I want to say that I mostly share the negative ones, but not the positive ones. Why? Read below. So:
Accommodation: we had no problems, we arrived in the evening, quickly received the keys and after 5 minutes were in the room.
Room: standard, nothing special, from the pluses I will note a peppy air conditioner, a refrigerator, dark curtains, light control on the bedside table, from the minuses dirty walls, a skewed front door (in many rooms), a poorly functioning toilet flush (which I myself eventually fixed when he completely got me), there are no hooks or shelves in the shower room, the ceiling in the bathroom seems to have not been completed, the safe does not work (in all rooms! ). The living creatures did not crawl into the room, although the cracks in the doors allow it.
Territory: large, a lot of greenery and trees, a "singing" bush : ) noticed that the grass is some kind of dry in places, burnt out in the sun, someone in one of the previous reviews drew attention to this, as well as to the smell due to watering Yes, it does, it stinks. Sometimes ants crawl, lizards.
The sea and the beach: red, what can I say, clear water, yellow sand, umbrellas, sun loungers, towels, everything. By the way, I became allergic to their blue beach towels, which I never had in my life. What are they washed in? In the end, I went with mine. The redness has gone.
Food: if you can call it food, although sometimes you really can. The food in the canteen is half-baked, very often the fish and meat were not fried, raw dough in the rolls... the waiters brazenly ignore, the drinks waited for 10-15 minutes, when they could not stand it and came up to pour the drinks themselves, the waiters sent us back to the table and said wait. . . Dirty napkins, tablecloths, half of cutlery missing, broken plates. It is not clear why all the tables are shared, why can not be allocated for every number / two on the table? Constantly indicate where to sit, although there are plenty of empty tables. Once at breakfast, one waiter asked us 4 times if everything was fine with us, and then at the end of the meal he brought a black brochure or whatever it is called where the bill is placed. I wanted tea! and for what such interesting feats to give him tea? got up and left, no "tea". tickets to the water park of the Titanic hotel in the evening did not want to give, although we had every right to do so. The issue was resolved only after the help of our guide. On the day of departure from 11 to 12, they knocked on our door 3 times, although we immediately said that we would vacate the room at 12. The brave peasant put the bags on the cart and, without a shadow of hesitation, immediately asked for a tip. In general, you can go on for a long time.
Summary: I do not recommend this hotel. Choose another. In Aladdin, it seems that they are not going to improve the quality of service and cuisine. And the beach and the sea are everywhere normal.
