This is the second time I have been to Egypt. It was caused by the beauty and warmth of the Red Sea - such a sea as in Egypt - probably nowhere else!
There were three of us - me, my daughter and my mother. Upon arrival, it turned out that Aladdin was overloaded (although, as it turned out later, they lied, and the rooms were free - they just had to give $ 10 per room). We were settled in "Jasmin Village" (although I found out the next morning) - 3 *, but it's officially 3 *, but in fact the bungalow where we were settled is not even 1 * - everywhere there is dirt, dampness, darkness , in the bathroom, from dampness, the curtain stank so that it was impossible to breathe, the bedside tables were all falling apart - well, just horror!

It was number 1034 - just in case, I am writing to warn the next unfortunate ones who will be assigned there. I want to note that the Aladdin, Jasmine and Ali Baba hotels all belong to the same owner and are located on the same territory, so for those who are there for the first time it is difficult to figure out which hotel this or that bungalow belongs to.
Of all the attributes of the hotel in the room, we found only bags for dirty linen, where we actually read that it was not Aladdin, but Jasmine. In the morning we turned to the guides of the "Tez-Tour" - Irina and Jalal about moving to "Aladdin". The process was long and exhausting: the staff cursed, they took me to a couple more rooms of "Jasmine" - a little better, but not much. With difficulty, they achieved settlement in the main building - a 2-storey building "Aladdin".

The room was relatively good, but instead of "Extra-bed" we were given an "Extra-mattress" (photo attached). The room was very far from the sea and from the restaurant, but you can live. In the neighboring rooms, repairs were made and there were 1-seater beds that could be transferred to our room, but we could not achieve anything. So for $800, I slept on the floor on a mattress all 11 nights. 5 times approached the guides with this problem, but nothing was decided.
For 1 night in "Jasmine" we were given a free tour to the show "1000 and 1 night" - I demanded from "Teza" to put a mark in my voucher with their seal that we spent the night not where we should, they refused, but Excursion reimbursed - and thanks for that.

The food in the hotel is also below average. They took invitations to both "Jasmine" and "Ali Baba" for dinner - everything is the same everywhere. The interior of the restaurant in Aladdin is the worst of all 3 hotels.
Excursions bought in the city - much cheaper, especially if you take 2-3 excursions. I bought two excursions for three - "Bedouinka" and a trip to El Gouna - then I saved $ 86 compared to the hotel, and we all went together - in the same car, the same ship.
The animation is not bad, not the same as in Turkey, of course, but somehow they entertain: in the evenings every day in the amphitheater there is a show, there is also a show in the disco : ). Sometimes tipsy Germans or Poles made fun better than animators!

The territory is very beautiful - a lot of palm trees with whole bunches of dates, in "Jasmine" there is a small zoo for children - monkeys, rabbits, goats.
If we were met normally, then everything would be fine. I wish you all a pleasant holiday!
