In Hurghada, we rested with children already 2 times, this is the 3rd time. One of the hotels was the Jasmine Village Hotel, which is part of a chain of 3 hotels. Deciding to relax at the Aladdin hotel, there was something to compare.
The first impression of the hotel was formed at the time of checking into it from the fact that when we entered the hotel and went up to the reception desk, we were ignored all the time until all the tourists from Germany were served, who approached while we were waiting for the attention of the manager. At first it seemed surprising, but during the period of stay they got used to the fact that the service staff in every possible way emphasizes the attitude towards Russian-speaking guests, as if they were not very welcome guests (the problem was solved by "feeding" the service staff for tips, both in the restaurant and on the beach) .
Number:

The room was in the 2nd building on the 1st floor with access to the terrace. Quite spacious, the furniture is not new: 1 large bed and an ottoman, spreading out which you find yourself practically on the floor, an old TV with 3 Russian channels, 2 bedside tables and a table with a mirror, 1 chair-chair. The main problem of the room is a crooked door through which mosquitoes and lazy cleaners flew through, who believed that cleaning the room consisted solely of making the beds (despite the tips left). Cleaners do not have vacuum cleaners and do not do wet cleaning. Towels are changed if left on the floor. During overnight stays in the room, there were suspicions that they were bitten by bedbugs or mosquitoes, large red ants constantly walked around the room (cockroaches did not come across, twice a day the workers process the bushes located along the buildings with some kind of smoke generator).
Nutrition:
Standard for a hotel of this level: the breakfast is the same: eggs and omelettes, cereals with jam, honey and jam, sausages, cheeses and sausages, yogurts, pastries, tea, coffee, pancakes were baked.
Lunches and dinners consist of a large number of dishes. The main side dish is rice and potatoes (boiled, in the form of chips and fries), pasta and spaghetti were also constantly present, which were warmed up with sauces, casseroles. The meat was beef (goulash, meat balls, cutlets), chicken (grilled with vegetables, fried), liver (very tasty). Almost every day there was fish (fried, breaded). Several times there were shrimp, crabs, mussels, breaded colmar. Pancakes were drunk with various meat fillings. There were a lot of salads, but not for everyone. You could ask to cut tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, herbs in front of you. From fruits they gave melons, apples, pears, oranges, guava, dates (sometimes), grapes, grapefruit (1 time). Freshly squeezed mango juices (2ue) were offered for a fee; guava, orange, melon, pomegranate (3ue). For lunch, children and not only were given ice cream (more like popsicles, white is like cream). A children's menu was provided: burgers (from bun-cheese, bun-sausage, bun-salad), sausages in sauce, boiled rice without seasonings, beef cutlets. Drinks - like yupi: orange, hibiscus, mango, apple (very similar to natural), cola-fanta-sprite-water. You can not write about sweets, they always have a lot of them, but there are very few tasty ones. I was surprised that among the cheeses and sausages there was halva. Of the alcohol drinks, they only drank beer and wine (white is better than red), beer is better in the lobby bar, which is near the reception.
Service:

The restaurant has good and friendly administrators, especially Abu el-Khair, the most cheerful and smiling waiter Ahmed-Ali. All the rest are focused on priority service for the Germans, our people are diligently ignored. Without having "their" waiter, you can not wait for coffee.
Territory:
Large, green, clean (the tiles are constantly washed with water, or even with a mop and a rag).
Animation:
Children's animation is mediocre, takes place on the terrace of the lobby bar. Seating places are occupied in advance by the same Europeans, because. next, dancing begins on this small heel to live music, the repertoire of the 90s.
We will not write anything about adult animation, because. were not on it.
Beach:
The beach is sandy, there are enough sunbeds, but good places are booked by local employees for a small fee. The entrance to the sea is sand and pebble for 4-5 meters, then sandy, but among the pebbles there is a sandy path for entry. The sea is clean, quite warm and calm at this time .
Weather:
The air temperature throughout the rest was in the region of 28-32C, in the evenings several times it was cool to 20-22C. Mostly it was clear and sunny, a few days it was cloudy, it even rained.
Guide:
Tour operator TezTour. There were no questions to their representative before the hotel, upon arrival the meeting with the guide took place on time. The child left the backpack on the bus, which had already left, but thanks to the guide, the backpack was safely returned to us. This is our communication with the guide and limited.
The airport:
We have never seen this before. The queue for passport control was across the entire arrivals hall, stood for 2 hours. At the same time, the Arabs organized their local wire business without a queue for 10 euros per person.

And also, at the same time, the tour operators themselves formed a separate queue, which issued migration cards complete with visas and some kind of stamp that was not needed anywhere, for 17 per person. Because we already had this card in our hands from the plane (although they issued it only for adults, but for children we had to take it from representatives of TezTour), then realizing that we did not need this queue, we went to the window where we put visas for 15 per person. almost without any queues). Then, after passing passport control, they took the suitcases and went to look for their tour operator.
Upon departure, standing in line for check-in, the employee invited us to a separate counter without a flight number, which was performing registration for our plane. After some time, he found us in the waiting room, demanding a tip for arranging good seats on the plane, which surprised us very much.
Flying with Wind Rose Airlines. Baby meals are provided on board. The plane is good, the staff is pleasant, the pilots are professionals.
Holiday impression:
In general, the impression is good, if you do not pay attention to the attitude of the staff. But we will not recommend the hotel to friends and will not return again.
