On March 5, my husband and I returned after a seven-day trip to the Aladdin Hotel. Accommodation. After reading reviews on the Internet, I decided that just in case I would not take risks and, when registering at the reception, invested $ 10 in my passport. The attendant politely said thank you, put the money in a special box in the same place. I can’t say that he treated us differently (he was polite to everyone), but he really gave us the number not from the list that was on his desk, but from the computer. Thanks to this, we got a room with a good double bed and very well located (everything is close). Everything about it was wonderful - the hairdryer did not work, which we did not even bother to report - there is no need for it. However, the whole group was already satisfied with the resettlement. The TV showed about 20 channels, among them several Russian ones, so we were aware of what was happening. Cleaning was carried out daily, but I would not say too thorough. Tipping (5 (one pound approximately 5 rubles) pounds or $ 1, the size recommended by the guide) was left 2 times when it was necessary to draw attention to any detail of the cleaning. No money is taken from the table. Generally nice guys. In terms of bed linen, towels, toilet paper, water - in abundance.
Nutrition. By the beginning of breakfast or lunch or dinner, we rarely had time, but we were always fed and overfed (no one forced us, we ourselves wanted to embrace the immensity). The difference - when you come to the beginning - everything is fabulously laid out, at the end they just report. No problems with clean dishes. There are always tables, although sometimes cutlery and napkins are laid out on them already in front of you (during rush hour). The team of waiters works harmoniously and benevolently. They also left a tip a couple of times - it was just a desire to thank them for their efforts... Small change of 2-3 pounds, they really can not bring, large ($ 5) was returned to me. The food is quite specific: my husband was pleased, I didn’t get bored either, but in the end I wanted dumplings and herring. To do this, there is a Russian restaurant on the beach - a portion of anything in the region of 15-20 pounds. We didn't go to the restaurant. At the bar on the beach, we ate once (something like McDonald's + bowls of salads) - you can eat, but I'm not comfortable. Drinks are everywhere and everything - please in all bars of three hotels (Ali Baba, Aladdin, Jasmine hotel system), in our bar they poured us even on the day of departure, when the bracelets were cut off - everyone wished a good flight. The waiters are educated and friendly. I was convinced once again of the attentiveness of the staff when, with a non-hardened cast, I was dropped off at the hotel parking lot (I asked for it myself) and I found myself sitting on the curb - the guard lamented for a long time in English that he could not leave the post and help me, then he called someone on the mobile with the reception, despite all my assurances that “No problem” (I had 40 minutes left until the moment when I could move around on my own - sprain - they were reinsured and in a cast! ) Called two guys with a rolling chair and I was safely transferred to room.
Territory - great - hang out where you want. Most importantly, a large space, there are plenty to choose from. Everything is cleaned, although if you wish, you can also find something to complain about.

In general, if the mood is positive, the mood is constructive, you can have a very good time, establish contacts with people. If desired, flaws can be found everywhere - is it necessary? I wish you a pleasant stay.
