The management has changed (and the hotel hasn't improved).
They've removed the greenery from the beach, there's no playground, and nowhere to play basketball. The paid bar is closed, and you can't order without paying upfront (previously, they'd bring your order and then charge you).
The children's entertainment has been moved to the pool; we asked to be moved back to the beach.
The entertainment staff themselves are uninteresting; the previous staff was better.
