Терпимо bearable

Vacationing with a friend. They put us in a building on the second line. 1. Room. The only plus of our room is a good view from the balcony. (Photos are attached. ) After the renovation, the room has not yet been cleaned. The tulle on the window was dirty, we reported this to the reception on the first day. They have the same answer to all questions - "OK". For 7 days of our stay in the room, the tulle was not replaced for us. And in the morning they couldn't get it. The safe didn't work. At 9.00. We called reception and asked to open the safe. We were told they would open in half an hour. We waited an hour and called back. (We communicated with them in English) We were told that they would open the safe at 12.00. I had to make a fuss. The safe was opened but not repaired. The shower drain didn't work.
2. Beach. Very large beach. We didn't have to book sunbeds. Beach bar is ok. At the bar, you need to specify what would be poured juice from the package. They can pour Yuppies. You have to queue for beer. The Germans create a queue for beer; )
3. Animators. Liked it very much. They call in the morning for exercises, conduct lessons in Latin American dances, belly dances. Belly dances are mainly attended by "grandmothers" from post-Soviet countries. Watching them move is a blast ; )

4. Excursions. We visited Cairo and Luxor. For the Excursion to Cairo they paid 85 dollars, to Luxor 75 dollars. Excursions bought from Anex Tour. People, don't go to Cairo. There, apart from the Pyramids and the Cairo Museum, there is nothing to see. But spend 12 hours on the road. (6 there and 6 back). The city is very dirty, poor, complete unsanitary conditions. Also, very important, stock up on wet wipes, as the locals strive to grab your hand with their dirty hands. Ugh. . .
But I really liked the excursion to Luxor. The guide was very good and amused us all the way. The guide introduced himself to us as Ramses the 12th; ) Very smart and funny guy.
5. Peronal. Just awful! ! I put my things in a suitcase and closed it with a combination lock. When we came from the beach, the lock was open, everything was rummaged in the suitcase. Rummaged even in a cosmetic bag and in a bag of napkins. Underwear was scattered all over the bed! Very unpleasant! This pissed me off! They quarreled. The next day, they dug through a friend's bag. They scattered her creams on the table. I don't understand this kind of humor. The staff is very rude.
I liked the rest for the most part. You can live. Price and quality match. But the hotel is clearly not 5 stars. Especially let down by the creepy staff of the hotel!
